We took this hotel for 2 days.We paid extra $11 per day since we booked through third party. Room was clean and service is good. Bed is shallow and we had a back pain.In bathroom flushing is slow, shower is also very slow. Location is good for us.View from the hotel room is good. Over all..for business meet the hotel is good. For staying I won't recommend.

stayed for a wedding did not have a very good experience ,front desk was very helpful. went to the for a drink and appetizer the gentleman that was waiting on us was very rude and i really do not think it is wise to blow straws with tooth picks out of old whiskey bottles safe in such a small area from the looks of it it has been done lounge.the other bar maid was simple fantastic if we ever do come back it will be because of her and her pleasant attitude

Fine for the price. The room had not been used for a while...the water came out a little brown at first, but it was fine eventually. Probably just old pipes..this hotel looks like it has been around the block. Food was decent and surprisingly inexpensive.

How about. Everything! It's been said above never again.

I was so pleasantly surprised that i woill stay there again and not bother with any other place.Thank you for the fruit at the reception and the kindness by the staff.

The Park Inn was great for the getaway I surprised my husband with. We enjoyed a Mudhen's game, which was literally around the corner. And hit a few other local spots. Everything we did was withing walking distance. We had a great view of the water and would definately stay there again!

They provide Pantene shampoo! Quality matters, and cheap shampoo is horrid. Layout of the room was not great. Furniture seemed out of whack, but not really a big deal. We really liked the hotel! We were there off-peak but it was great overall.

Claim to have renovated in 2007- room decor is 1980. Nothing for kids to do - NO pool & game room is in the bar - kids aren't allowed?!? The room was HOT -they have small/old motors in the units - nothing could be done. Reserved 2 beds - got 1- no cot came. Room service was wrong. Checked in & 3 hours later checked out. A 5 hour trip became 12! No refunds were given - still didn't stop me. I felt like I was in the movie ""The Shining"" - nice hotel (building) everything else was way wrong!

the room was nice with a good view, the staff that check us in was confussed about how to check us in,the ball park was closed to the hotel the staff stated there was a game in townd we should go see it (the game was out of town with the next home game in a week)

Nothing. Worn towels, parking had no daily in and out rate. Was this really a three star hotel, or had I just been punked?Hotel had worn towels, and the parking situation was a mess. Front desk personnel were not uniformly dressed, and I was not sure that they worked there. Hotels keeps in prints of your credit card so watch your bills. What a away to be a victim of credit card fraud.

A decent hotel thats ok in pretty much every area. The hotel (and toledo itself) is like a ghost town so you'll have the place to yourself

Convenient, and very nice. Parking cost extra. Very nice in a city that needs people to come and see the beauty of it.

We really enjoyed our stay there. There weren't a lot of people staying the couple of days we were there, so there was no wait for elevators, eating, valet, etc.

Centrally located, several restaurants within walking distance. Did not have a pool. Clean, friendly\helpful staff, good location, nice lobby.

staff was very friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable but could have been a little nicer, and the furniture was a bit outdated.

"This hotel needs improvement in lighting, food quality and workout facility. They also do not have the new beds. Did not feel safe traveling alone."

Quiet. Hotel was just not in tune with its environment. This place was in need of remodeling & the staff needed to step up to the 21st century traveler. Nice place overall but in no way was it a 3star hotel more like a quiet super 8. They didn't even give small bars of soap in the bathroom.

"Staff was friendly, rooms were a nice size, well appointed and clean"

Close to wedding reception at crown plaza, short drive to surrounding areas. Not upscale, no service.
