Pet friendly which was very important. Good continental breakfast, staff very helpful and courteous.

Free WIFI. Shabby, no elevator, not comfortable, no restaurant or close food. If all you're looking for was a place to sleep on the way somewhere else, it was okay, as long as you could navigate incredibly narrow stairs, didn't mind a lot of ambient noise, and were fine with driving a half mile or more to eat. If you wanted any kind of comfort, find somewhere else to stay.

A very affordable pleasant surprise. Much closer to a 3* rating than other 2* motels in this price range. I would recommend this motel to economy conscious travelers who seek above average comfort and cleanliness.

The property was clean and comfortable, though the decor in the rooms is looking a bit worn and dated. Our room was missing part of the security door lock (which is why I rated "Security" as Bad). The room was generously sized. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient, even when we checked in at 1:30 am. The free breakfast had waffles, cereals, bagels/toast, and some fruit, along with juice, coffee, tea, and milk. Cable TV had plenty of channels, but reception wasn't the greatest -- sometimes it appeared that the signal would fade. Wireless Internet was accessible from our room, though like the cable, the signal wasn't great. The bed was surprisingly comfortable -- not too hard, but not too soft. (I find most hotel beds to be too hard.) Overall a positive experience.

I got nearly one hundred bed bug bites and had a horrible reaction. It was an infestation. I was laying on the bed watchign tv and started itching. Then I realized that bugs were crawling on me. Pulled back the sheets and spotted five large bugs along with many tiny ones . Did some research after and identified the bugs I saw to be bed bugs. This is not a joke! It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had even the staff was very responsive and moved me to another room - I still got bit .

Did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, but it was clean and quiet.

A little run-down. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel is older but our room and bathroom where clean and of a good 2-star quality. The breakfast was also very good.

This place was a great find! Santa Fe in the summer is high tourist season, and high prices. To find a clean, friendly, reasonably priced and conveniently located hotel was awesome. If it were within walking distance of the plaza, the rates would be triple. There's public parking all over downtown Santa Fe, so we opted to use that and save some money on the hotel rates. We would return in a heartbeat, and have told all our friends about this place. Believe me, it's hard to get 3 cups of coffee in Santa Fe for what we paid for our room. Check it out!

Being a pet-friendly motel there were several pets there during our stay. We didn't take ours but the owners that did have theirs were very inconsiderate. There were several places along the walkway where the pets had relieved themselves and the urine puddles were very much in evidence. While motel personnel cannot prevent this from happening they should make every effort to wash off these puddles so that they do not stink up the property. Also, none of the ice machines worked during our stay which was very inconvenient.

The lobby had a fire place with a warming fire when I arrived. The walkways were full of rainwater and soggy trash.

We booked a one-room suite on online travel website and were given a regular hotel room. When we notified the hotel staff we wer told nothing could be done, because we booked online. We continued to insist that we be given what we paid for and the staff became rude. The manager was called and rudely told us that we could get our money back and go elsewhere, and to tell this to online travel website. We returned to our room to get our things, call online travel website , and book another room, as we were 6 hours from home on a Friday night. We were then told that the hotel would only refund us for one of our two nights, because we returned to the room and walked in. We went down to the lobby to straighten the situation out. The manager came in and yelled at us, refusing to help us. They only accommodated us when we called their corporate office. We were forced to stay one night, because they would not refund us. The rest of the stay, the staff was rude and unaccommodating. The rooms were not kept up and the area was a little sketchy; definitely not the way it was advertised in Travelocity. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Worst travel experience I have ever had, hands down.

Unfortunately, not very good. The telephone in the room was broken, all the channels on the t.v. did not come in clearly, the bathtub was not clean, the restroom in the lobby did not have toilet paper, and the breakfast was rather disappointing too.

The motel staff was helpful most of the time. The first room I got the key for the TV did not work and the carpet looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. The second room had fuzzy TV reception and was missing the hair dryer, but had a frig/micro combo. The third room was acceptable, only, and the room clerk moved in a frig/micro combo at my request. Cleanliness was not great, I found someones knee hi stockings by the bed.

Room was dirty, Staff rude, over priced second level and no elevator. Had to lugg luggage up steel stairs, carpet should have been replaced years ago, Tv didn't work, laundry didn'work, traffic noisy, We checked in on the balloon night and could not find another room. Then the tub backed up when we took short showers. I've traveled for years as part of my job and this was the worst. I'm surprised the city doesn't shut them down. To say this place was a dive would be a complement.

quick overnight stay to check out Sante Fe. This hotel is practical and allows pet one of our main considerations. If you are looking for something more quaint then look at the Inns in the historic center but be prepared to pay more.

Value was great. Other guests were loud. Nicely situated on the south side of Santa Fe with easy access to interstates and downtown.

This hotel is a bit run down, not cleaned well, and the internet access works only from the lobby. Everywhere else, you can get a strong signal, but internet browsing won't work. It's right on a busy road, so road noise was an issue, plus the area was run-down in general. I checked out early because I couldn't stand the place (no refund was given). I won't stay at this place again, nor would I suggest it to anyone, especially if you need sleep and internet access. Spend a few extra bucks and get off of Cerillos.

The room was large but generic. Some touches of southwestern culture would have been nice, seeing as how it was Santa Fe... Cleaning was unenthusiastic at best. There was mold in the shower area, as well as hair on the wall (not mine!) and the tile work and grout were in pretty bad shape. I just missed stepping on a staple on the floor. The lights in the bathroom and vanity area were horrible and florescent. There was no good light for putting on make-up. Their breakfast room offered tea bags, oatmeal packets and hot chocolate mix, but there was no hot water with which to use them. Refrigerators were advertised on the website, but it turns out that they are only in certain rooms. The pool area looked nice, and there seemed to be lots of local information available.

Nothing bad to say. This hotel has a hot tub that may or may not be nice. For the money through priceline, it was great. There are a bunch of options in the area, so a cheaper room may be available in town for the same quality.
