Close to main blvd. On first floor - very cramped room - icky dirty feeling about it. This hotel was very dirty - worn out - we didn't get a room that was acceptable.

Everything from the staff to clean rooms......one of the best getaway weekends ever. The fastest room service with great food.

stayed 4 days in vancouver for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the city. hotel location was handy for us, walking distance to granville island, view of downtown spectacular, loads of good restaurants all around. friendly staff, helped with directions, dinner suggestions & reservations, booked us a tour which was fantastic. rooms are nice, very clean. hotel is not too big and you feel like the staff know you and they are great about making suggestions and following up with us about how our day went. would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay.

Overall I thought it was c+ grade. The problem with all of Vancouver is the cost and that can not be blamed on the hotel. All hotels are expensive in that city. compared to other hotels it is a good value. My biggest complaint would be the car entrance from the road. It is a very sharp turn. If the price was less I would rate it higher. But again that is not the hotels fault. Vancouver is expensive city.

We came to Vancouver for a business meeting and a Canucks game and it was convenient for both. Glad we upgraded to a view room because the view is spectacular.Rooms were clean and updated, loved the fridge and microwave in the room. Lots of great restaurants in the area and the hotel restaurant was very good too. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were always smiling and very helpful.

The cleanliness; the location (close to bus stops). Had to pay for parking in their garage.

They had wireless internet. The room had a strange odor and was very noisy. This hotel appeared to be in ok condition judging from the lobby however after entering the room I was greeted by a strange odor. In addition to the odor the room was barely cleaned. The beds have vinyl covers on them. Every time you moved, you could hear the vinyl stretching.

Nothing special from this third class hotel Location, service ( a few does not care their customer) Room at the front street is very noisy at night - not sound proof.Linen change in the afternoon when we are in for a rest. There is no quest room at the lobby. One computer for too many quests. No chance to work on it.This is the hotel of no return.

the hotel was clean and orderly slow lift/elevator I really enjoyed the hotel. I was very surprised to find a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The desk staff was very nice and professional. The hotel may not be located downtown but it was close to many restaurants and stores with public transportation right outside the front door of the hotel.

Very good service to fix minor problem as towel rack had broken. And was fixed promptly. Charge for parking. Great value for the money. Would stay there again.

The building, facilities are nice and meet the needs of the average traveler. The service was awful! While the hotel itself is quite nice, clean, centrally located, the service we received was awful. The front desk clerk (who was actually a supervisor!) didn't tell us anything about the facilities offered at the hotel and we had to look them up ourselves. Apparently there was a fitness facility - but we weren't told about, and nothing was mentioned about the wireless internet (a huge selling point these days). I don't need to be fawned over, but a clerk checking me in who's not also on the phone and talking to other employees is not acceptable. Our stay was negatively affected by this lack of attention to us since we were forced to look up available services and ask questions that are normally part of the standard spiel when checking in. Hopefully others have a better experience with the staff because the hotel was nice enough.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room had nice decor and even microwave. Nicely surprised. Nothing. Excellent value. Great location, close to many things, including the Downtown core. Clean and modern. Had a microwave in the room. Accommodated our needs with a young toddler (i.e. Playpen). Friendly, helpful staff.
