StuffyRoom is quite small. The ventilation is not great and the room felt stuffy and claustrophobic. There is Air Con but of course it's too loud during the night.

Having stayed at Park Inn at Heathrow, we expected a nicer room than we stayed in. The room was small and felt a bit grubby but the bed was clean. We were facing the main road so it was noisy. But the staff we delt with were nice.

reasonable overall - room wasn't the freshist in the world but a good breakfast made up for it!The directions to the leisure facilities in the hotel were not clearly marked. There were quite a few people wandering around trying to find them. Better signage / information needed perhaps?

Lovely clean room, great shower. Ideal location not far from town, free parking although ensure you ask for a token to get out of the car park.. Great facilities, used the Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Towels also provided on request. Never ate breakfast or went into the dining area to be able to comment. Overall we were happy and had an enjoyable stay.. Would recommend for cheap and cheerful with added benefits...

Staying at The ParkI've stayed at the hotel whilst on business many times over the years so I know it well. It is well situated and easy to find. And is a fairly easy walk into the city centre. Car parking is good.The food was good - particularly the breakfast which is where, we think, The Gateway Hotel falls down.However we were disappointed with the room. It was far too small for two and moving and accomodating our cases was very difficult as a result.

Very good hotel, but could be betterHotel located in a good position, nice mod coms, service was great, but room was plush, but slightly to small, need a bit more room, ironing the clothes felt tight in the roomOne problem the room was facing east and with the A/C on it was baking in the morning as the sun was shining directly at us.Also I didnt get any birthday treats or upgrades from the hotel which could of been a bonus

Budget HotelThe City Inn is conveniently located just outside the city centre - under £4.00 in a taxi. Easy to find with ample parking, however tokens required from reception to exit car park which we were not made aware of. Check-in was simple. Paid in cash and an additional £10 refundable deposit required. The rooms were very compact but clean and comfortable. I stayed alone in a double room and had just enough space. Two people would have been falling over each other. Nice bathroom, however the trickle shower was disappointing. Noise from the other rooms was heard, but nothing excessive. The hallways had a very musty wet carpet smell but my room was ok. Check out was chaotic. One receptionist and many guests to check out = long wait! The receptionist insisted on seeing my receipt, which unfortunately I had packed in my case and already loaded into the car. Surely the details were stored on the computer???? Wifi 1 hour = £6, 24 hours = £12. Not a bad experience on the whole.

good all round hotel meets all basic needs esp pool and gym we only stayed one night wanted something cheap and decentfor 50 pounds a night includes gym, pool, the room had everything bit small for couple but was ok, the staff was helpful, it also had bar, restaurant.was a bit far to walk to town but lots of buses u can catch but u must have right change overall perfect for our visit. and would recomend to anyone who likes to be away from town, as got free parking.

Slightly FrustratingFrustrated start as hotel hadn't got me down for 1 nights despite the confirmation clearly saying 2 nights. There was confusion over opening an account on the room as well which was frustrating again.

clean and friendly we have stayed in this hotel a few times now the staff are very helpful, nice clean rooms , spoilt for choice with the breakfast , would recommend this hotel .
