I stayed at the park inn for a friend’s wedding in Dec 2008. When you walk in to the front reception area it is just warm a inviting I was checked in with in a few minutes and was in my room. The bed was very big comfortable the room had a LCD, jazz tub, sofa and a full washroom, I stayed there three nights all night where just off the hook me and my wife to be had the best time and every three day the room was made and clean. We took lost of picture in the court yard area the cost of the room was just right and under my bug it I would give his hotel 2 thumbs up

King size beds, fridge in room. No outside view. Great hotel for the price. Rooms were of high quality and beds comfortable and clean. Most of the rooms look on to an internal foyer so there is no outside view or fresh air.

This is an okay hotel for the money. The breakfast was the same every day and was just okay. Our 13-year-old did not like it, so we ended up down the road at Tim Horton's for breakfast two of the five days.

Price was low compared to several other hotels so we were not sure about the service. However we were extremely happy with the hotel facilities and rooms maintenance. Had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Best Hotel for low Price

The price! The room facing into the Atrium was very dark and depressing. Overall the visit was good. We had two rooms, both on the first floor. The room that faced into the Atrium which meant that the blinds had to be drawn for any privacy. This in turn made the room very dark and depressing. This room was also very dusty. The second room faced out into the car park, was lighter and brighter. The bathroom door knob fell off the inside of the door, which was a little scary as we could have been locked inside. This was reported but apparently the room number was noted incorrectly and the problem was not fixed while we were away from the room all day. An alternative room was offered. Bottled water in the room was a nice touch. The fridge was also useful. All in all it was good value for a night.

I stayed there for a week but i was a very pleasent stay.I went toronto for bussiness and It was close to the airport and the shuttle service was very cheap. I will always stay with that hotel when ever I go to toronto.

Good location and adequate continental breakfast. The man at check in had zero personality and took a long time. Very basic hotel, but rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was fairly good (including freshly cut fruit).

I Knew I was in trouble when I arrived and saw the building under construction. I thought Travelocity was supposed to notify us of this. But it got worse. It took the clerk 10 minutes to find my reservation in the big pile of papers. They took my credit card and proudly told me they were putting a $50 hold on it in case I had any additional charges, My room was on the second floor and NO ELEVATOR. It is being renovated so I hauled my luggage up a steep flight of steps. I was told they don't help with bags. The room was nice looking, but very small and the maid obviously had not moved anything to clean. There were used bobby pins and cotton swabs on the floor under the bathroom sink and some unidentifiable substance near the bed. The TV got mostly Boston stations, I am not sure why and The free breakfast was a joke. Stale bread, cereal and granola bars, with watered down orange juice to get your morning started. The only ice machine was in this breakfast area and when I went to get ice, I was told I could not go in the room because there was a staff meeting going on. I could indeed see that staff sitting around, I guess drinking coffee and reading the paper constitutes a meeting. I seems I did better than most in this hotel of horrors. Twice while I was coming through the lobby, I witnessed other guests in out and out loud yelling matches with the staff. One had brough large group and the hotel had apparently lost some of their room reservations and the other was saying something about a leak in thier room.

Newly renovated. Hotel front desk staff. Very convenient location right across the street from Woodbine Racetrack. Gorgeous lobby, and decor. I booked a room with a king size bed. When I arrived and went to my room there was 2 double beds. I went to the front desk again, and was told that I did actually book a king bed, but they were not charging me for the extra bed, and the ended the conversation. Other than the booking mishap, and excellent hotel. Free wireless Internet a plus.
