The Park Inn is a modern very clean and friendly place to stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The Bar/Grill was exellent, the decor was very pleasing to the eye, the food was beautiful and very quickly at our table. The waiting staff could not do enough for you and the place was spotless. The rooms were cosy and modern, very clean, my wife loved the place. We only stayed the one night but really enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend the Park Inn to anyone.

A unexpected suprise!!!!!What can I say? We booked this hotel for a one night stay in Belfast. I'd never heard of 'Park Inn' so I wasn't expecting much, especially for the price we paid. On arrival we were welcomed with a smile. The reception was clean, modern and bright. The rest of the hotel mirrored this. The hotel looked relatively new, hence the brand new crisp feel. However, I don't doubt that this feel will retained. The room was bright and comfortable, with large ensuite and everything you would need. This hotel is perfect for those that like to feel that they get value for money and to be treated like a customer. I would recommend this to anybody needing a clean, friendly modern place to stay!

Belfast city breakWe had a 3 night break here and found the location hotel central for shps pubs etc and the area to be quiet considering we are in the centre of a city. Also the people we met in and around were very friendly.Arriving at Belfast City airport we were only minutes in a taxi to the hotel and also taxi fares very good.I would maybe have liked to see some information ie leaflets and things to do and see in and around the city but there is a touch screen info kiosk at reception where again the staff will supply info and directions if you ask them. The only downside we had was we were woken at approx 5.30 am with the fire alarm sounding, apparantly this was the 2nd time it had gone off that week. We evacuated our room via the nearest exit only to find ourself trapped behind the hotel with no way out onto the street, I would assume in the event of a real fire there would be access onto the street. There didnt appear to be much leadership and instruction but the staff were very sorry for the false alarm.Giving this alarm issue was outwith anyones control we still very much enjoyed our stay here.

Booked a twin room for 5 nights (with my elderly mother) only to turn up & find they'd given us a double - no twins available so I had to sleep on a camp bed for 5 nights. TIP 1 - always phone the hotel to check that Laterooms have passed your 'requests' to the hotel!Otherwise excellent - fab location with all city-centre attractions on the doorstep, good bar-restaurant (but pricey - £11.00 for 2 vodka & tomato juices) - TIP 2 - take your own drinks with you.

Excellent accomodationGreat hotel and fairly close to everything. A few minutes walk from City Hall and shopping centre. Also minutes from restaurants, cafes, cinema, bus and train stations. Local grocer shop round the corner for newspapers etc. Hotel very clean with spacious rooms. Fabulous plump pillows and quilts. Staff very willing to please. Had a great 3 night stay here.

park inn belfast 11th/13th july 2009the hotel was spot on but a couple of important things were left out of the itinery e mailed to me by laterooms.com, like the fact that a £100 bounty was in place during our stay or that unless you were actually staying at the hotel you were not allowed in the front door , we had friends with us who were not allowed in oweing to the fact there were two bouncers on the door, not a very warm welcome especially for new comers to your city. i hope the fact that we were visiting for the 12th of july celebrations had no bearing on the manner on which hotel staff interacted with my party

Good HotelWe stayed in this hotel for one night and it was brilliant, very nice hotel. Breakfast was the let down though. £25 for breakfast for the two of us. it arrived cold, egg was horrible, jam for toast was all mixed together with other flavours on a dish! But the hotel room was very clean and fresh. Perfect for the younger person!

Hotel lovely, very new, lovely decor and facilties good. Food menu looked lovely, although didnt eat. Only one problem, there is no residents bar, and when my husband and I came back to the hotel after a night out, we were greated at the door by a very ignorant doorman who was not going to let us in, we had to argue for ages with him, even after showing him our room key. We went into the bar and were then about to be ushered out by another doorman, we were then finally told by a bar man that there was no residents bar. Fair enough, but no one advised us of this when we checked in, we were advised to pay an extra £50 upfront to get drinks put on our room later on the evening. We cannot understand the logic of it all!!

enjoyed my rcent stay at park innI recently stayed in park inn hotel (12/06/2009), i must say it was up too my standards, nice funky, modern room..the only thing was when i ringed down to the front desk i had to ring 3 times for someone to answer. The bar is nice and modern, tho the bartenders didnt have a clue off what to put in thier shots, which was a bit of a let down as the names sounded good in the menu...its def a place where young people and couples can stay for a night to go out at night, yea ill be def going back!!

Just passing through belfasti was passing through belfast on the way to scotland, and i have to say this is one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at(dont be put off by the \"inn\" in the name). The room was the standard issue double bed room. all nice clean and comfortable, big tv, tea coffee, A/C etc. the bathroom i thought was particularly great as it had an amazing massive shower (no bath). The restaraunt was a bar/grill type of thing. the decoration was amazing just look at the photos for it! the food was presented wonderfully and i wasnt left hungery either (and i like my food) they also had an amazing guitarist playing that night who i didn't catch the name of but he really added to the atmosphere of the place. i only wish i was staying there longer. i stayed in a 5 star hilton hotel the following night and it wasnt a patch on this place. i would definatly come back again. great value for money right in the middle of belfast nice clean and comfortable with great food. what more could you want.
