I recently ate in the restaurant and the food was superb. Service is also excellent.

excellent hotel,a bit pricy, I also think it could do with some access to leisure and spa facility.

Park House is a beautiful hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice sized and clean. The hotel is located within walking distance to Eyre Square and many shops, pubs and restaurants. They also have valet parking which is nice because parking seems to be at a premium in that area. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The Park House Hotel is a lovely, traditionally furnished hotel close to Eyre Square. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful.

It is an excellent hotel. I have stayed there several times & on every visit I enjoy it more. The only critism I have is the heating system is not very effective so the room was cool. The hotel turn the heating on & off at different times which does not help. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is one hotel I would definitely stay at again. The friendliness of the staff was second to none, and the room was great. The valet parking was a bonus also after negotiating the one way street systems. The complimentary newspapers are a great touch.Just wish we were staying longer!

Lovely hotel right on eyre square. front desk were very friendly and helpful. parking is paid for even if their private car park is full they will stamp your ticket for nearby public parking. Hotel was spotless and breakfast and dinner in the restuarant is top notch with excellent service . residents bar also available if you wanna continue on the night after the clubs. my only gripe was the TV in the room which was supposed to be a flat screen with a dvd player. instead we got a pretty old looking standard tv with no dvd player. apart from that. a great stay. would highly recommend and would definitly re visit. warning though. its not cheap

We flew into Dublin at 8am. The staff worked hard and got us into our room before the check in time. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. These rooms also have US voltage electrical sockets which is an added bonus. We were close to all of the activities of the Dublin City Center including St. Patrick's Cathedral, the Guinness Storehouse, Christ's Church, Dublin Castle, etc. And shopping and nightlife in the Grafton Street, O'Connell Street and Henry Street areas are within walking distance. We were able to make it to the Temple Bar area without having to listen to all of the commotion all night long. All in all a great stay. Also, the pub in the lobby is quite but pours a great pint.

Decor was charming and traditional. Staff very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was also very good with a wide choice.

The Hotel was very easy to find. I was extremely disappointed with the room. Our room was not cleaned. When we complained to reception we were told that there was a do not disturb sign. This was not the case as I specifically checked it upon vacating my room at 11am. If this was the case why did they lift the breakfast dishes from the room?? We were told that there was nothing they could do as housekeeping had gone home. I was appalled by the unconcerning behaviour and lack of customer service which I received from reception. We had no clean towels or toilet paper. I have stayed in third world countries and have received a higher level of cleanliness as well as hospitality and customer service. I was disguted with this hotel and what I experienced and was certainly not the level which I would expect from a four star Hotel!!

The Park House Hotel was an excellent jumping point for exploring Galway, as it is right around the corner from Eyre Square. The hotel was clean and quiet, and extremely well decorated. There was free parking at the hotel, which was unusual in the hotels we stayed at in other cities in Ireland.
