let down in every aspect. Spoilt my neices 18th birthday treat and us oldies break away. 5 rooms booked to be close to each other and this was stated on the booking by travel agent but on book in we were all over the place in cramped smelly rooms and 1 was so small with a double bed not twin that there was no room to move. with the exception of 1 all rooms were really smelly and tatty. Staff were unhelpful and as for entertainment it was nil.Only positive thing was the breakfast which was very good and apart from 1 very rude waiter the staff there were lovely. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone even if it was for free.

We stayed at the Perisienne from the 17th till 19th July,The staff who work at the hotel are very friendly I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean & tidy and the food was really nice. There was a guy called Alan who works there who really put himself out for everyone who stayed there and was really friendly he also works in Tiffanys where we went for the entertainment along with the manager Tony who is also a friendly guy.The entertainment was really good and I would recommend anyone to stay here.It is in a nice location for pubs and clubs but a little far to pleasure beach but there is a tram stop outside and a off road car park for hotel.

Good value for money, good for long budget holidays but better places around for a little bit more.Had an excellent view and the room itself (standard double) was very nice. The en-suite facilities were a little shocking in that the carpet was stained and there was a strong smell of damp. However, the main room itself is very nice. Little parking space however they share parking with a hotel a couple of buildings away which is much larger (though terms of the parking agreement are that the hotel keep your car keys behind reception). Breakfast has plenty of choice ranging from cereals to cooked breakfast (you can have both). However, cooked breakfasts are small in size and toast etc is always cold and going soggy. They also insist on packing everything away 15 minutes before the quoted end of service and they refuse to serve things like juice and cereals beyond this point. Overall, good value for money but don't expect more than you pay for. In an excellent location just five minutes walk from the north pier and there is a tram stop directly opposite. Overall satisfied and would recommend if on a long budget holiday or trip.

we made a last minute booking for the 17-08-08 for my husband and I, parking not a problem right outside. Right on the seafront. Booking in pain free, receptionist very helpful. Room small a little tired but clean, very small en-suite tired but clean. no view, frosted window opened onto flat roof but for 1 night no prob. tram and bus stops very close by. evening meal included, expected basic but was in a formal dining room with three course meal provided. service wonderful. food excellent plenty of choice and all home cooked (compliments to the chef). entertainment was available in the tiffany hotel next door but one. Went down the next morning to a full english breakfast which was again excellent. check out was again trouble free. All in all excellent value for money, would definitley stay again. the hotel is well situated and the staff lovely, food excellent and nothing too much trouble but would like a sea view next time but simply request this on booking

Although the single room I has was quite small, it was at the front of the hotel and I had a great seaview. The place was clean, slightly tatty is some places but for the price you cannot complain, I had breakfast and dinner which was basic but again I was satisfied. The hotel staff and in particular the receptionist were helpful and nothing was any trouble.A minor point, the hotel is completely non smoking, this should be stated in the description.Entertainment every night at the hotel next door which is free.I would stay again no problem.

forget what others sayAfter reading other reviews I was a little hesitant in booking at this hotel and still was not sure until we arrived.Service at reception was friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was small but adequate and the bathroom, although dated, was clean and acceptable. I'm not sure what previous reviewees expected from a £59-00 a night room , but we were happy with our accomodation and will use the Parisienne Hotel again.

Although first impression is that the building and rooms are dated and in need of a revamp they were actually working on this during our stay. however what the overall look lacked the food and service more than made up for , it was fantastic value for money. And most importantly clean.

Very nice hotel , though a little short of parking.

Don't expect luxury or space for cat swinging but a clean single room, en-suite with sea views and a full breakfast included - with friendly service - for £20 - has got to be seriously good value.

Good for the money we paid but......Paid a discouinted rate of £130 for a double and a single room for 2 nights over the easter weekend, would not have been happy if i had paid full price.Looks like the hotel may be in the middle of a re-furb public rooms pleasant but bedrooms are tired and worn.Breakfast nothing special but edible. All in all best described as a pretty average hotel.

good value for the price!this hotel is only a ten minute walk from the pubs/clubs so ideal for us on a hen night. The reception and dining area were quite modern but the rooms hadnt been upgraded to the same standard which was a bit disappointing but it had everything we needed for one night. Would stay there again as it was in such a good location and the staff were friendly and helpful!
