i had a spa room the space was nice and big it was clean everything was ok good value for money

The hotel is fine except for the noise from Hindley street. Even on the 5th floor the rowdy late night behaviour could be heard. The owners have refurbished the rooms but stopped short of replacing the cracked sink and fitting double glazing to keep noise out. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Location is excellent for the city and for entertainment. For the price it is value for money.

The Staff at this budget hotel were great and very friendly, having stayed for the tour down under it was the perfect location, just minutes from all the excitement. This hotel was very clean and the staff were great and helped me on more than one occasion with directions. The Location was first class, if you are looking for a budget clean hotel in the heart of Adelaide I would highly recommend. Pancake kitchen very close and cafe right next to the front door. Only minutes walk to Adelaide casino and Rundle St mall area, with cafes restaurants.

I was upgraded to a spa room, so I'm totally biased in my findings. The room was lovely. The spa was fantastic. The location is right next to the shopping mall.

Conveniently located close to the main shopping areas as well as to parkland. Useful resturant with internet facilities situated below and adjoining the hotel. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

Whilst the location is good - we had a front room which was extremely noisy all night. To stay again we would certainly request a room away from the main road.

This is a totally Non Smoking hotel, beware smokers there are heavy fines and this is not made very obvious when you check in. Rooms need a lot of LTC but location is very good

For a budget motel the rooms are adequately spacious, clean & servicable. The electronic gadgets - radio, TV, internet function with a minimum of fiddling. Location quite convenient for mid-city. I would certainly return.

The only complaint I have is that there was a lot of noise from the street below. We were on the 5th floor and it was still very noisy till early morning.

Room location was immediately ajacent to pub in CBD, so very noisy. In addition, AC failed in room-good customer service relocated to another room with better facilities and much quieter.

as the hotel was fully booked, we were given a room at the front of the hotel which overlooks Hindley Street, one of the busiest and NOISIEST streets in Adelaide on a Friday night.

Large clean room, spa, friendly staff and good service, excellent price. Great central location in the city, but right in the enterainment district so lots of street noise into the morning hours with night clubs close by

Relatively inexpensive. Right in the heart of the city. Apparently it's in the 'red-light' district. But really, it's pretty tame. Take ear-plugs if your bothered by noise at night as it's right next to a pub. My bed was quite uncomfotable unfortunately. I'd go there again for convenience of location and price but it's really nothing special.

Nice little hotel for those budget concious travellers who dont want to spend much time in their rooms but want to be in the heart of the city.
