The hotel was satisfying until we had a problem. The staff at the front desk was not very helpful because everyone told you something different and we ended up paying for an extra night because of bad communication with staff. The property was a little old but besides that the stay was worth the price.

I stayed here May 2007 and most recently June 2008. The condos are spacious and near the pool. The grounds are beautifully taken care of. I will always stay here when in Orlando.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the pool was clean and usable. The rooms were run down and not in very good shape. The doors to the stairwell did not close.

I read negative reviews from other travelers and almost did not stay at this facility. We had a nice condo, watched the fireworks at Sea World every night from the hot tub, and had a nice breakfast every day. I have nothing bad to say about our experience.

The room was a s clean as they could get it. The grout and caulk was gross. The "bath fitter" like covering over the tub was not secure. I forgot my slippers and didn't feel comfortable walking with my shoes off because the floor was so gross. I put my sneakers by the bed every morning.

Decent Hotel Room. Room was clean. Walk to room was a bit desolate and creepy but not unsafe. Would definitely stay there again because the location was perfect.

This condominium is next to the golf course, and looked nice. Closer look made all the difference. It was early 80s, literally. Cottage cheese ceilings, OLD TV sets, and beat up furniture. Kitchen cabinets need an upgrade as well. This hotel cannot even get a decent "Do Not Disturb" sign (its actually a magnet that does not work). Cleaning is "light". They will change your towels and take out the garbage. For an additional 20 a day they can do a "full" service. Our room was not cleaned up for a 2 days until we made a complain. According to the front desk our room was "cleaned" that time. Complimentary breakfast it until 10:00 am. They will close the door and remove all food into storage for next day. Good luck if you are late by 5 min. NO FOOD FOR YOU. Wireless Internet is available. For and additional 4 a day. The only nice thing about it was a pool, that was open until 11 pm. It was heated and provided a nice relaxation on a chilly evening. There are many more hotels in the area and many more under construction.

For the money, it was not a bad deal. The rooms weren't as clean as they could be. Cleaning staff didn't speak English. We had to call to get clean towels and trash emptied on more than one occasion. After we were all unpacked, we found our AC didn't work and had to move everything to another room. The pool temperature was too warm to be refreshing when it was hot out and there were too few lounge chairs and some in need of repair. Next time I would probably look for another place to stay even though this could have been a good review if they would have treated us better!

This indium complex is very nice, has nice swimming pool area and located in nice area. The 1 bedroom condo unit we used had a king size bed and extra king size bed that opened from the couch. Great views, Not as fancy as the upscale hotels, but nice and comfortable. My only gripe was that when we asked things from the front desk, we never got action or cooperation and had to act on our own. Especially when our lost luggage was dropped off there and they never called or delivered to us. We had to go get large luggage on foot and our unit was 2 blocks down the road from the front desk.

Good place for the price. A little older building but clean and a good value. Restaurant staff was great as was the food.

Late night loud neighbors, unable to sleep. Security did not do a thing; person on desk lied about sending security. I was watching and waiting. Free breakfast, what a letdown. 3 donuts out I took one and two more were put out. The one I got tasted more that a few days old. Excessively priced for what I received. Manager was not available during check out.
