The Hotel was very good... As I arrive, I just asked about my reservation, and everything was OK. The room was very comfortable, very clean and big enough. I had a problem with my flight out of Sucre to Santa Cruz de la Sierra, and the personal of the hotel helped in the best way: One of the girls of the counter went several times (she herself) to the airline to get things fixed. I think that is far beyond of that what you can expect from a hotel... Breakfast was included, and was indeed very well served. The only thing I missed was a good restaurant inside the hotel. In almost all cities in Latinamerica it is good to get retired early in the hotel. After sunset, it is not very safe to be on the streets. So it can be very nice to dine comfortably at the hotel at eight or nine o'clock in the evening. That is the only thing I missed. Every else was superb!!!
