| Only the small wading pool was heated - don't expect to be taking small children swimming in the winter - far too cold! The rooms were pretty average. The Zone 4 Kids was great, but if you've got a 3 or 4 year old who prefers to play with toys rather than organised activities with the older children (up to 12 years), then book them into the 0-2 years session as they'll have a lot more fun. |

| My stay at the Paradise Hotel Gold Coast did not include any junior members - I found the rooms quiet and comfortable the staff courteous and helpful. For a family holiday resort I would certainly recommend it |

| The food at the resturant is way over priced. You can get basically the same food for half the price at the cafe in the resort.
Breakfast at the resturant was great- no complaints and fair priced.
However for tea I recommend dining at the cafe. |

| We stayed here during the January school holidays and the pool area was very crowded and a bit cramped between the buildings. We were upgraded to a king size room (1 king bed, 1 double sofa plus a fold out) which was very spacious and clean. The best feature is the kids club, which the kids enjoyed and it gave us some time out. Overall it is very good value for money with the kids club at no extra charge. The staff were very friendly. The resort is being rebuilt soon but it is still in fairly good condition. |

| Overall excellent experience. The hotel is two blocks from the beach, nice staff and very helpful and cheerful. The balcony is really good place to sit and enjoy if you get a room in the higher up floors. |

| Paradise Resort is very family oriented. It is wonderful to have a "Kids Club" which entertains and occupies the kids if Mum and Dad want to escape. We have stayed at the Resort on a number of ocassions now for this reason. It would be nice to receive some form of loyalty benefit(s) for return stays. Some of the furnishings are becoming a little "tired" looking and perhaps should be starting to be replaced. All in all, though, a very good family place to stay. |

| I recently stayed at the resort with my children for four nights during the school holidays.Friendly staff and great facilties that kept the kids happy and occupied each and everyday. Would definitely give the resort the thumbs up... in the four days there I never once heard " Dad I'm bored ". Thanks to the kids club and daily free activites it was a very stress free stay. Thank-you all at the resort. |
