Charming apartment of about 45 sq. situated in Sestiere S. Croce , not far away from Piazzale Roma. In this area you will easily find shops, restaurants and typical places. In about 5 minutes you can reach the boat stop S. Tomà located in the centre of the Grand Canal.The apartment is on the first raised floor with an independent entrance.The living room furniture is cosy and comfortable you'll find a rectangular table, a blue double sofa bed, a small table, and a TV cabinet. This room opens in a cute green kitchen furnished of dishwasher, fridge and freezer, combined microwavetraditional oven and all the tools necessary for cooking.The restored and new bathroom is equipped of shower box, toilet, bidet, washbasin, large mirror and walls have pastel coloured tiles.The double bedroom in walnut wood it's very bright, with a large wardrobe and two night tables with lamps. This last room faces on the private court yard of the apartment. The access to the private courtyard is from the inside corridor and is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy relaxing evenings out of the crowd.In the courtyard there is another small room with washing machine, heating system and clotheshorse.The pavement of the house is in Venetian style and beamed ceiling in the living room and in the bedroom that gives the house a suggesting and even more comfortable atmosphere.The property is furnished with air conditioning and independent heating.An hostess will meet you at the Public boat station of Piazzale Roma to lead you to the apartment. Please call at least 7 days prior arrival to fix an appointment with your hostess.
