Our Mediterranean-style boardinghouse offers comfortable en-suite accommodation and a covered outdoor restaurant terrace, just 10 metres from the sea.

In the attractive Diklo area of Zadar, we provide comfortable rooms of different size with views to the sea and the islands beyond. After breakfast, there are plenty of indoor and outdoor activities available to keep you busy throughout the day. After a typically Dalmatian dinner in our separate restaurant, you can take a romantic stroll in the moonlight along the shore.

There are a selection of activities which, whilst not on-site, are available in close proximity to the accommodation like swimming pool and sauna, tennis court.

Apartment Sea View - The apartment is located on the highest floor and boasts a big terrace with views of the sea and the island of Ugljan. The sunsets are unforgettable.

Our restaurant, Šanpjero, serves delicious Dalmatian cuisine in a homely and welcoming ambience. The sheltered summer terrace has a beautiful view of the sea and islands; you can sit with a glass of wine and watch the breathtaking sunset over the sea.

We can also help you to organise functions, celebrations and other events.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
