We booked Two apartments. As we are family of four and my sister’s family of three, in total 4 adult and 3 kids. My sister was visiting us in Australia from USA. Being a vegetarian we booked this apartment so that we can cook ourself. The Facility was booked well in advance before one month. This is a only one bed room apartment. No other room…. We were travelling from Western NSW to gold coast which took almost 12 hours. We called the given contact no. to inform that we are running late. which is a remote site(may be a call centre) from the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment we have to pickup a receiver out side the apartment to speak to a remote receptionist. She gave us a code for a locker to open which has tow cover containing the keys. Nightmare starts from here. Saturday night 9.00 PM we got a key in our hand. Having two keys with two remote we tried to open a parking lot. One key remote could not open a car park. Now we have only one key to try which worked. When went in to the parking lot, Some one has already parked in our place. We called the remote reception again. She said we cant do anything being remote. But she suggested to put a paper on the car to let them know that they have parked in wrong spot. And also put one more paper on my car to let others know why I am parking in some one else’s parking. And park anywhere, she said. Now we checked in to our room. It was 10.00 PM As everybody were hungry we were planning for food, as it was too late for finding a Veg. Restaurant at 10.00 PM. So we were thinking to cook something quick for kids. As soon as we enter in room the rooms were not serviced, was very filthy. Anyway everything is virtual….we thought we can tell this in next day morning. But…… the problem starts now…….what…. do you know…? The Apartment was only one bedroom there is no other bedroom or bed or extra bed or anything where kids can sleep. Now we called the reception, which is remote and virtual.. The answer was we can’t do anything right now. We asked her to arrange for one or two bed at least if not all beds. And again the anwer was we cant do anything. A manger will see you tomorrow. When we asked her to put through the manager, she came back and told that Manager has said that if you want you can leave the apartment you will be refunded. A Very rude answer. We thought we will sort it out tomorrow morning. And manage to sleep kids in bed and we slept in car. But no one came next day as we came to know that manager do not come on Sunday. We again try to spoke to remote receptionist and she says manager came there and no one see to her and she went away. Now this is too much… Manager is in apartment …how the hack we will know he/she is here. He should come and see us. And the same sleeping saga for Sunday continues…. We were calm and patient by now….. On Monday one Young block came and delivered two foldaway beds and did not knocked the door or not informed us. I was just coming out of the roo and I saw this Gentleman and asked him about the manager. He said he is just a delivery boy and he don’t know about other things… Funny though…. He started accusing us being Loud and pointing to him and He can call police for our loud voice and other things..but he is not listening or understanding our problem so we told him that there is not point to talking to him as he is just a delivery boy. Than he said even manager is worst than me she can through you away of this apartment and can not give you any refund. I was of a point that We should not discuss this issue with this gentleman as he is just a delivery boy as he said. Still no manager show up it is Monday after noon. We were westing our time for waiting for manager to turn up but no body did. And we got one more Bed delivered which we were short off… Ultimately we found the same delivery boy is the manager seating and managing from small reception room. And now he is accepting his mistakes and no apology for that and said if you don’t want to stay more days as you have bookd for … you can leave the apartment and will get remaining refund. They are not interested in providing customer service at all…….. It is a long story….I will not recommend this apartment to anyone at all….

Access to staff was very limited so arranging extra linen etc was difficult. However the price was very good and what we were after. There should also be a note to visitors about parking where necessary as bay thhree was very difficult to access when a lot term car in bay 4 is incorrectly parked.

We were very happy with this accommodation - the view from the balcony was great both day and night and it had all facilities that were needed. Our only complaint was that the curtains in the bedroom were not block-out so the room was very light by 5.00 a.m. and we were awake earlier than planned for a holiday!

The room that I stayed have not got a DVD player, a remote control for television and also no fan in the room, it's quit hot while I stayed there. I could not sleep well at night because it 's very hot. One more thing they store a vacuum c leaner and a small ladder in the wardrobe which they should not keep these things in there. Also the front door our room it's very difficult to unlock it. But for the location this hotel is good.
