As an executive upgrade we were told free bottled water was included as well as fruit. BUT.. this only applies to the little bottles of water. The big Evian bottles are part of the mini bar but they are on the desk. It cost us 1120 Ckz for 4 bottles (36pounds). The girl in the executive lobby / lounge adopted a 'sod you' attitude when we queried it! She said it was clearly marked, but i found another couple who had done the same so i warned them before their bill racked up. Oh and they locked us out of our room early before the 2 o'clock check out time. The girl could do with some customer training. The money is not the issue, the sneaky way we were mislead was! Also the hotel taxi (750CKz) is double what city taxi charges(300 Ckz)for a trip to Prague 8 Buy your own water from the metro station around the corner. Hotel overall was good , but we felt we had been ripped off a bit which spoilt it for us. Finally beware of the major building works next door (5 -6 cranes) which go on through the night!!!! Yes i would go back, the room, food, and general staff and ambience were really good but i would buy my own bottled water!!!

Easy transport in to central Prague. Good hotel but disappointed to have to pay to use swimming pool and spa. Breakfast was very good but should have real ornge juice at this market level.

Disapointed that the swimming pool was closed and as this was the main reason we chose that hotel, also the Gym Sauna etc we had to pay extra by the hour which was no

A nice enough place, but far from everything. This is a nice enough place, but a long way from anywhere. There's a Chinese restaurant a few hundred meters down the road, and a KFC and the other usual suspects in a nearby shopping center, but that's about all, except for the hotel restaurant. Rooms are fine, public spaces quite upscale, and a very friendly staff. Parking is very expensive.

Very nice hotel for that price. Easy access by Metro.

Clean, updated rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Excellent facilities. Easy metro stop access. Hard, leather like pillows. The hotel was far better than I was expecting. It has all the amenities you'd expect (pool, fitness center, restaurant/bar, spa treatments). The more than make up for their peripheral location with the extras and service at a competitive rate. You'd pay twice or more for similar accommodations in the city center. There's a very nice, modern mall just across from the hotel.

Clean facilities and large room. Awkward shower; location was very far from city centerer; questioned safety at night; internet 33 euros a night!

It was quiet, the staff was polite, and it had a metro next to it so it was convenient. Parking was expensive and the rooms were small. Overall it was a good stay. It had a friendly staff who spoke many languages for international guests and it was clean. It was a very upscale place as you walked into the entrance way and in the pool areas, but the rooms were small. It was away from the Old Town Square but was easy to get to by Metro. My only true issue with the hotel was that they ran out of parking in the garage, so we parked in the bus lot and still had to pay a fortune.

Modern building, excellently trained, very polite and supportive service. It's a modern hotel with pretty big rooms. Smoking is allowed in the hotel. However smoke-free rooms are available for the guests and smoke-free areas are in the restaurant. We had breakfast included. All kind of foods were present, well cooked and delicious.

Extremely well located in perhaps the best area of Prague. Excellent accommodation in every respect. I would return to this hotel in a flash when next visiting Prague. Excellent rooms with included full breakfast and situated in a location that would be hard to beat. Courteous and helpful staff.

Very helpful staff. Multi lingual. Someone in housekeeping stole medical supplies from my room. The hotel was great overall. The Metro station was directly behind the hotel and very easy to use. The city center was only a 10 minute ride by subway. The lobby was beautiful and clean. The complimentary full breakfast was great. The front desk was very helpful and gave great information to us. The only concern I have is I had medical supplies that went missing from the room. I would recommend this to others. I would only say to make sure and put all valuables in the safe right away.

The business center, the main reception staff. The concierge. This hotel is not centrally located.

Close to metro, great breakfast and nice room. This is a nice hotel to stay at in Prague. It it right close to the Metro, so it takes about 10 minutes to be right in the Old Town. The breakfast was very good, everything one could want for breakfast. The room was nice, with a big bathtub

Clean, comfortable, a few minutes from a Metro stop. Hotel staff was courteous, but perfunctory. Very curt! This hotel is only a few stops away from Old Town Prague and therefore a good value, if you have about 30 extra minutes of travel time (total per day) to go back and forth. The rooms were clean and comfortable, free breakfast, and was quiet. Downside - the staff was very curt - not exactly unfriendly, but certainly didn't reach out to be helpful. I wouldn't call the room luxurious, but it was better than many hotels in which I have stayed in Europe.

Nice hotel, very clean. A little bit too out of town and parking overpriced. A good hotel for a visit to Prague although 4 stops on the underground to Wenceslas Square then change of lines for 2 stops to the old town. Parking was over 15 pounds which seemed very high for a hotel in the suburbs.

July, 2008
While on the metro line, it was quite far from tourist attractions.

Excellent breakfast. Location quite off from the city center, though easily accessible by metro. It was our second time staying in this hotel in Prague and the hotel overall was very good. Maybe because they had so many group travelers, some staff was very rude and not talking to me until I had to approach several times. Extra fees for the swimming pool access are not attractive and the floors and other equipments in the rooms may need to be updated.
