The location. Customer service. I've stayed at this hotel twice in the past month. My first visit was wonderful, which is why I opted to return. The second visit was horrible to say the least. I arrived after traveling all day for them not to be able to find my reservation. Then they did not honor my rate (which included free internet) and at check-out I learned that they had charged me for a phone call that I made to the manager to complain. The purpose of booking the pan-pacific was to rest up before my 20+ journey back to the states, but the entire experience from check-in to check-out was more hassle than it was worth!

the conceierge and the upper floor patronage was so excellent as were were upgraded and received fantastic services within the hotel and nibbles and canappes, thank you so much, would recommend it

The value of this hotel is its superb location right at KLIA, within walking distance of baggage claim. It is pricey but the decor and facilities reflect this. Highly reccommended as a stop-over hotel.

I was very pleased with the Pan Pacific. If you are transiting KL or doing business on the airport it would be very good on location. If you have to go to town daily the location is only good, not very good.

I booked the hotel mainly due to an early flight the next day & got caught out not knowing that the terminal I was leaving from was a good 15 to 20 min from the hotel by shuttle bus & not attached to the hotel as I thought, Otherwise, the hotel is very nice with a great restaurant. No complaints at all about the hotel but remember, it is expensive & it is simply an airport hotel. It would be a really nice hotel in a different location.

Great service, we checked in late, with only 3 hours to sleep before leaving, and they upgraded our room. We wished we'd had longer to enjoy the facilities. Great omlet at breakfast! Thank you for the shuttle to the airport.

As a transfer stop over, this hotel was an oasis. Location perfect and service wonderful.

After a late flight arrival 23:30, it was wonderful to have just a short journey before the next mroning's flight. It was so quiet and everything was handeled professionally and efficiently

A good quality hotel, with enormous and well-equipped rooms. Very comfortable, and close to the airport (walkable unless you have a lot of bags in which case you should take the golf buggies they have going back and forth). There is no air conditioning in the glassed overpass so that is really stifling in the midday sun: be prepared to sweat a lot on the way in and out if you choose to walk.

Excellent hotel for us as we were on a 9hr stopover on the way to Bangkok, this hotel had everything that we needed, was easy to find and the quick check in if you had a reservation was excellent. I was very happy to be able to walk from the airport straight through the lobby and up to my hotel room. Will definately stay again.

awarded "best airport hotel in Asia"and I can see why.Whole hotel spacious and opulent,staff very courteous and helpful,beautiful bedroom and ensuite.Excellent breakfast.Could not fault it.
