My concern is that we paid just under $300. whereas many on our cruise got this hotel for just over $150. which included breakfast. I don't think I'd use Orbitz again.

Beautiful Hotel, great staff, great location. Was the perfect start to my vacation.

We stayed here for one night and I would never stay here if I was in charge of my room. The room was booked through Holland America(no fault on their part). I had to pay for internet access and I have emails and pictures floating in internet outerspace.

Everything was perfect. We had a unvergetable time. The PAN PACIFIC is great and Vancouver is a wanderful City!!!

Excellent location at Canada Place. If taking a cruise very convenient as the hotel is located at the cruise terminal. Transfer of luggage from hotel to cruise was hassle free. Located in the Gastown section there is plenty of activities in the evenings. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.Hotel was very clean and awesome views of the harbor and city. Would stay there again.

Perfect location on the water in Vancouver. Service and amenities equal to the Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton, but not as stuffy. One of the best city hotels I've ever stayed in.

Our stay was amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff was unbelievably friendly. We went on to cruise Alaska, but our stay here was just as memorable as the cruise.

I paid extra for a Harbor view. Great view, ut VERY small. My friend had a city view and the room was HUGE! SO if you have kids are2 people the city view rooms appear to be much larger! P.S. When we were at the hot tub (22 degree's! ) at night, we looked up at the hotel window's, we realized you can see the person through the window, usually there is a film so don't stand there with out the proper clothing! (If you get my drift!!) VERY clean and the amenities , especially the bath items, were top of the line. PLEASE remember to tip the housekeeping!!! They work hard!

The Hotel is very famous. just short walk from public transportation station. It's really comfortable. The only negative point is that you have not free internet in your room with such high price payment!!!

The staff are very nice and helpful. I stayed for a week last May 2008 and it was great. I have extreme food alergies and they accomidated me with ease. The view of the Harbor and Mountains are fantastic. A great place to stay if you are crusing from Vancouver. As a single woman who travels on her own I will stay again!!

Wasn't too happy when they asked at my 8:00 p.m. checkin as to whether they could move me to another hotel since they were booked. When I balked saying I was leaving on a cruise from the dock below the next morning, they made it right and even gave me an upgrade with a view of the harbor and the sunset. Overall experience, very good!

The Pan Pacific in Vancouver is one of my favorite places to stay. The lobby and lounge area have a great view of the Lion's Gate Bridge, Stanley park and the water. The staff is friendly and professional and the food is great. While sitting in the lounge I caught part of their Italian Opera and Buffet night, talk about fine dining and entertainment!

Hotel was beautiful with a beatuiful location and a nice (but not exceptional) room however the additional 28 for parking, 15 for internet, 29 for breakfast (!) and rushed, not so friendly service will send us elsewhere next time.

I don't mind paying to stay in a nice hotel, but I DO mind paying copious amounts of money to use the internet - $6.20 for 20 minutes on their computer or $15 on wireless internet, or to use the phone - simply dialing out (despite using a phone card) cost me $2 a call.

We had to wait in line 30 minutes for check-in. We found the room-service food options to be limiting.

We had a view overlooking downtown. The room was very beautiful and clean. Would recommend this hotel to others.

"Hotel is beautiful, staff great,if your going on a cruise to ALASKA this hotel makes it effortless."

I was excited to see the hotel. It wasn't quite what I suspected but it didn't disappoint. I was taking my mother on a cruise and decided on this location because you can board the ship from the hotel.Since she has trouble walking this was important. The food was great at the restaurants also. My mother and I both agree that the hamburgers we ordered on the patio were some of the best we've ever had. The staff was also very helpful. I would stay here again.

the pan pacific hotel in vancouver is a perfect way to start or end a cruise. the hotel is located next to the cruise terminal and offers luggage transport to and from the ships. it is also within walking distance to the gas town area. the rooms and lobby and decorated with regional flair and are also very clean. the bed was the most comfortable i have ever experience in a hotel.
