Had a wonderful stay in Queens...only 15mins to the city...safe and alot of places to eat nearby...shopping mall only walking distance away. Would definitely go again and recommend to my friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. It was a bit out-dated, but kept very clean. Nice and close to Subway stations and shopping and the bakery down the street was great for coffee and a light breakfast at an affordable price.

I read Travellors reviews before I stayed, and their was some poor reviews. I found the hotel to be shabby, dirty and in bad need of an upgrade. On the secod day I was left with no towels. My room was above the bar, and the Fri Disco blated to 3:30 in the morning, when I was able to get some sleep. I was embarressed to take my family there, a mistake that I will not make again.

When we got to the room it was dirty, you could notice it was not really cleaned. The next day was cleaned properly. The room service was excellent but some of the things thya had on the menu were not available. To stay for business it is ok. For a vacation, I would choose somehtign better or request an upgrade of room. The room was nothing like expected.

An excellent buy for the money. Secure parking and very convenient to Manhattan by public transportation makes it an excellent choice for someone driving in.

This hotel suited our needs. It is certainly nothing fancy, but it is clean, quiet, good value and close enough to the subway to make it easy to get into Manhattan. The free shuttle for the airport is a real selling point. The "neighborhood" is busy Queens Blvd and has absolutely no ambiance, but it felt very safe and wasn't as noisy as I had feared. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Nice receptionist and the city is accessible (Bus-stop right outside hotel but if you feel like walking to the nearest Metro, its only about 10 minutes walk.) The bell boys are not that helpful but since we were getting in late and leaving early, it didn't really matter. The room was good and tidied every day. Spacious and quite nice and no bed bugs. The en-suite bathroom was not the best in terms of the bath & shower and just outside the bathroom the carpet was dam. The toilet within the bathroom was ok so we were unable to establish how the carpet was getting wet. In conclusion, we feel we got value for money and are likely to stay at the same hotel again amd again.
