On entering the hotel, it looks very nice from Reception. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived and the receptionist on duty was very helpful. We had a room for three people and although the room itself was lovely, the bathroom was incredibly small. However, we were advised by one of the receptionist that are looking to develop the hotel further and make the bathrooms bigger- so this issue could be resolved. Breakfast was very basic and was exactly the same every day, so having stayed three nights, breakfast was starting to get a little boring by the third day. The hotel could look to offer some cereals and provide a toaster for some variety at breakfast time. Also, if you ask for laundry service, make sure to check the price and collection times carefully. There is a roof top terrace at the hotel but, on all accounts this could not be used as it has not been cleaned for some time. The hotel is very well situated to the sites and there are a number of very nice restaurants and shops nearby.

I can not write anything else exept that is the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Noise, deplorable rooms, deplorable bathrooms, no respect to customers, no good understanding English from tha stauff. Maybe its a reason not to visit again Instabul. Sorry never again...
