Excellent great comfort, ideal location, good services, great restaurant, good food, transport and tour facilities, travel desk informative reception counter, this hotel in Mumbai has comfortable rooms, with (Personal Pool with each room) spa, gym etc. The room service is great. The food is good. More so is the location located with in the heart of western surbes with out the hubbub of the crowded city life |

| Italian restaurant has maintained it cooking methods as per the Italian standards. The lawns & exteriors give a beautiful feeling and a longing for staying back for a couple of more days. The pool was nice and spa was good. Overall the stay was more luxurious and would like to visit & stay at the same property again during my next visit to Mumbai. I was wondering whether i would be getting a luxurious, spa, and good facilities among a nature surrounding in Mumbai, but the park plaza five star hotel provided a lot more, then what i had expected. the park plaza five star hotel provided a lot more, then what i had expected. overall the stay was more luxurious. | Well I must say that the Hotel was up to the mark with good spa and club house facility, need to improve the taste of art though, but the food quality and service was satisfactory. The location of the hotel is such that its hardly at a distance of 20 - 25 minutes from the Airport, pickup facility was provided by the hotel people. |

| The bar and pool is good, the service was okay and the main thing was that the hotel can improve its service although it was satisfactory. Poolside is very well maintained and the Spa facility was good. Interiors are well maintained and also the facilities provided was business meeting was really good. |

| Well I must say that the total services, facilities etc were OK. The surrounding of the hotel is good with cool green nature. Rooms are good. Also the food, poolside and spa are appreciable.
