It was recently updated, and felf clean. The hotel was recently updated, and was clean. The breakfast was okay. The two pools were nice.

The place is in need of updating. The extra resort fee was a joke. The shuttle was so overcrowded that we stood on the shuttle to get to the park. No pans in the kitchen to cook with and the A/C quit after two days. When someone knocked on the door upstairs it sounded like it was our door being knocked on. Paper thin walls. But what clinched it for me was when another guest opened our room with a key card. I called the desk and they put me on hold for a long time. I told the front desk what just happened, he apologized and said there was a mix up. He then called back asking my last name and continued to tell me that I had checked out of one room and into another after two days. I don't think so. An hour later, after running to the store to get a few things, none of the key cards would work.

The first room I went into smelled musty. The bathroom looked like it was renovated maybe a year ago or so but the room was not!. The lamps all had rust around the bottom and the wall plugs were the same. I refused to stay in that room when I tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work and I had to use my cell phone to call. They moved me to another room that was a suite. Ok It was a suite but it was worse the bathroom was rusty and cracked tiles on the floor and one the the beds was sunk on one side and they were so hard and made awful noise when you moved on the bed. I stayed in that room only because I was with my 2 kids and we got there at 10:30 from driving from North East Georgia. And I did not want to move again it was already now 11:30. The worst part was I was having a friend stay at the same place that I booked for them the next day. I was so scared that they would have the same problems as I did. To my surprise there room was a bit nicer still rusty lamps but smelled better. I would never stay at this place again!

At one time this place was very nice. Villas are nice size. The receptionists were pretty nice. It seemed the place was FALLING APART though. When the pool closed at 1am there were kids trying to bang at their door andthrow rocks at their window to wake their parents (and everyone else too) I went to open THE WINDOW AND IT CAME OUT IN MY VERY HANDS. I placed it on the floor to tell the kids to keep it down. My wife smashed her shin on a piece of the bed that was protuding from underneath. The MICROWAVE WAS MISSING ITS ROTARY PLATE. BATHROOM DOOR WOULDN'T CLOSE cause it was tilting. HIGH SPEED INTERNET-ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE LOBBY. CARPETS WERE DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. We were taking off our shoes and walking barefoot and the bottom of our feet turned black very quickly. When we stepped into the tub we would leave mud prints. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS PROBABLY THE SAME FROM LAST MONTH. I've never gagged on french toast and waffles. I couldn't tell if I was eating the styrofoam plate or not. But the worst was... We have a 4 month old daughter and we had over almost 300 pictures of her and our toddler. Lost apparently forever. She admits to be the only one to enter the room to clean but gives this lame excuse that she lost the key to the room in the morning and that someone else could've gone in and taken it. Hotel manager said that he couldn't do anything without a police report. We filled police report and still nothing. I guess it was our own stupidity trusting the housekepper. By the way, NO SAFE IN THE ROOM.

The coffee was AWESOME! No complaints. This is a great hotel! The accommodations were perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great!

We stayed in a one bedroom villa. Very nice comfortable king bed. Nice living room with kitchenette area. 2 TV's. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is our 3rd time staying here this year. Very close to Disney parks. Many restaurants close by.

Good continental breakfast. A little run down and worn-out. This hotel is close to Disney World, but is not the easiest to get to. The rooms were a little worn out and run-down.

This hotel has a beautiful pool/hot tub. The breakfast area is very clean and roomy. The rooms are large and perfect for large families, also very clean. They could use some updates in the kitchen.

We stayed here for 5 nights in April 2007. We had stayed at a Homewood Suites in the past and thought this would be comparable!! NOT even close. The rooms are run down, the food was aweful and service not helpful!! I could get detailed, but am limited to 100 words. We will not go back!

The back entrance of the hotel is always open and anyone not staying there can get in to our floors (men distributing pizza menus). It's OK. I have stayed at a better place from Priceline. I don't feel safe in this hotel due to the fact that anyone can get through to my floor. I received 5 pizza menus in my room in 1 hour!

Had newer bathrooms that were clean. The rooms where clean and parking was not bad. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were recently remodeled and are clean.

Convenient to area attractions, clean, roomy! Can't really think of anything I didn't like. Excellent service staff. Clean rooms. Pool area was very nice. Water was warm, if anything, maybe a little too warm! Would definitely stay there again and recommend this to friends!

The lobby and grounds were well kept. Staff was indifferent. Check-in was quick and easy, but it took me three additional trips back to the front desk to finally get a key that would open our door. The AC leaked and the carpet was wet, when I asked if it was possible to get another room because my daughter has allergies, I was told there was nothing available. Honestly, the parking lot was half empty at night so I found it hard to believe they did not have another room to offer us.

Large, clean room and close to Disney. Needs more seating for breakfast. Our room was clean and smelled fresh also was large including a nice easy chair as well as a desk and this was a standard room. The sound insulation made for a quiet room. The location was very nice and only a 10-15 minute drive to Disney.
