The Guest House: Offers 6 en suite bedrooms 2 with their own balcony and a communal balcony for all to enjoy. All Balconies have sea views. All bedrooms have a hairdryer, safe, a fan over every bed and mosquito nets to all windows. As an optional extra, all bedroom have air conditioning. The Guest House has a large Lounge with Satellite TV, DVD's, CD's & Tapes for your entertainment. Dining areas inside & out and an in-house bar. We serve Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch & Evening Dinner
The One Bedroom Apartment: Sleeps up to 4 people, includes bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room/lounge with sofa bed & Satellite TV. The bedroom has a fan over the bed, a safe and a hairdryer. All windows have mosquito nets. Air-Conditioning is an optional extra. You can choose self catering or use the facilities provided in the Guest House.

Car Parking:
There is parking in the driveway at the front of the Guest House for cars hired by the guests.
Dining:
We serve Breakfast from 8am to last orders 9am. We have a menu with a choice of 3 different breakfasts. Mini, Midi and Full English. Lunch is served from a Snack & Lunch menu from 12 noon to 3pm. Evening Dinner is served from 6pm last orders 8-8.30pm. There is a menu with a wide variety of starters, main course and sweets. It is advisable to order and book your table in the morning before 10.30am so as not to be disappointed when choosing your meal as our food is marinated and cooked fresh.
Surrounding Location:
We are a few minutes walk from the beach and bus stop at Paynes Bay. There are plenty of water sports from the beach from here right down to Holetown. Buses pass on a very regular basis traveling to both North and South of the Island and down the South coast to the Famous Friday night Fish Fry at Oistins. The buses take you to all parts of the Island at a cost of BDS$1-50 per bus route.
So 1 stop or 21 stops whilst you remain on the same bus it only costs you BDS$1-50. There is a restaurant, also a roti shop close by and in Holetown there are many restaurants. Holetown and on route to there, are shopping malls where you can buy a variety of goods, some duty free. Bridgetown our Capital easily accessible by bus has many shops and much History to offer.

We can arrange collection from and to the airport, cost depends on the number in your party. Please ask for a quote. We also have contacts for Car Hire at a reasonable cost, please ask for a quote. Tours and Boat Trips etc can be booked with the staff after breakfast each morning. We try to please so please ask any question you wish. Suggestions for places to eat, which places to visit, directions to places you are visiting etc. We have a table in the Bar with many leaflets, brochures and map’s, please feel free to take any which are of interest to you.
