Palladium Hotel Montevideo

The Palladium Hotel is situated in Montevideo's new business centre, just 10 minutes from the centre and Port of Montevideo and around 300 m from Montevideo's shopping district. Restaurants, bars/pubs and Puerto del Buceo's tourist centre are about 500 m from the hotel and a disco or club is around a 15-minute ride by public transport away. A public bus stop can be found approximately 50 m from the hotel and Tres Cruces station is around 4 km away. The Rio de la Plata river is about a 5-minute walk away, De los Aliados park around a 10-minute walk from the hotel and Playa Pocitos beach about a 30-minute walk away. Estadio Centenario and Punta Carretas shopping districts are both about a 15-minute journey by public transport from the hotel and Ciudad Vieja is about a 15-minute drive away. The hotel is 15 minutes from Carrasco International Airport.

The complex has 12 floors and a total of 71 rooms. The air-conditioned hotel offers its guests a 24-hour reception and check-out service with currency exchange facilities. Guests will also find a laundry and dry cleaning service (for a fee), WLAN Internet access and a conference room. The establishment also has a lobby, hotel safe, cloakroom and lift access. There is a kids' club for younger guests and guests can also take advantage of the hotel's cafe, bar and restaurant. Room service and a garage are available, and for an additional fee guests can use the hotel's bicycle hire service.

The luxurious rooms with warm decor and a panoramic view are equipped with air conditioning, bathrooms with a bath, shower, cable TV and individual safe. Other amenities include a double or king-size bed, a hairdryer and a direct dial telephone. A radio, minibar and Internet access are also available. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms and rooms for disabled guests.

Pets are not permitted. There are designated smoking and non-smoking areas. Guests who smoke in non-smoking areas of the hotel will be penalised. For double rooms, guests should specify whether they require one or two beds.
