| Just a couple of minor complaints - A jar of nuts in the mini bar had previously had the seal removed and the nuts were stale One of the lights over the spa had a blown bulb The televisions were very difficult to operate. But the main thing was that the service was exceptional. |

| the service was excellent, room was beautifully appointed and staff were exeptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Book early for the restaurants, they are very popuolar and busy! |

| We found the hotel very good. Facilities excellent and food satisfactory {breakfast only }. It is one of the best Hotels I have stayed at either in Australia or overseas. |

| Amenities and toiletries in the hotel rooms were inadequate for a hotel of this 'stature'. Skimping on hotel guests does not augure well. Even the pens supplied didn't work properly. The airconditioner in the room sounded like a loud generator and it had to be switched off. |

| Allow plenty of time to check in, the reception staff like to "fuss" over you. So if you are in a hurry be prepared to wait! High standards met... with a hefty price to pay. Vie restaurant great food and atmosphere. |

| An absolutely fantastic place to stay. Wonderful room and service. Everybody goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Luxury at it best, we didn't actually want to leave the hotel! The only slighty annoying thing we found was that the electical equipment in the room was a bit tired and outdated. Beautiful pools, dining and facilities, we will certainly be visiting again. |

| Absolutely stunning hotel. From the pool to the restaurants to the hallways everything is amazing. Service was very good and the staff are so polite and helpful even if you dont seem like a millionare. Prices are a little high but thats to be expected in such a place and to be honest worth it. Very much reccomended, even if for a night. |

| The entire experience was unforgettable, you certainly feel a million dollars from the minute you walk through the entrance until the very last moment. The staff are pleasant, the food, the ambience all of it absolutely AMAZING!!! My partner and I will definately re-visit. |

| This was a return visit to this beautiful, luxurious hotel. Whilst the facilities are as expected in a hotel of this stature (and price), the outstanding feature was the staff who were excellent, always friendly and helpful without being intrusive. |

| tv, didn't work properly or easily. no list of what was free and what was charged for in room. some staff far too snobby. other staff down to earth and very friendly. hard to understand staff with accents as spoke too fast. some staff not explain things properly. extremely bust decor - too much over the top. |

| Was a great stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was fantastic - HUGE breakfast buffet. Everyone made us feel right at home. The perfect place to be pampered on your honeymoon. Extras are a bit pricey though - mini bar, etc. |

| Excellent service, fantastic resort & pool. If value for money is no concern stay here, otherwise there are hotels available in Surfers with a more central location. Would be hard pressed to stay again with the price, apart from that no complaints. |

| All service staff were attentive, polite and friendly. Restaurant food and service was amazing. Valet offered approachable, fast service. Hotel room was perfect as expected. Very enjoyable time spent at hotel. |

| Furniture was dusty on top and dirty underneath, wooden furnishings scuff marked. Not enough pool loungers or area to put them in. Beautiful location, and, restaurant food and service was exceptional. |
