I am a frequent traveler to Vegas. I have stayed at most major hotels on the strip. The Palazzo ranks among the top. Great restaurants in the hotel. Rooms are very great. Comfortable. Fitness center is large with nice variety of equipment. Staff was very efficient when checking in and out.

Check in was personal and efficient, loved it. The hotel is huge but surprisingly easy to navigate. The rooms were so spacious, I loved the sit down area in the bathroom, I could dry my hair or fix it and not be in the way. The shower was so powerful, the only downfall was that I still had to bathe in the tub to shave because there was no ledge in the shower to make life easier. I was surprised that the bed was not a tad bit more comfortable, the linens, pillows, and comforter were top notch, but my hips kind of hurt in the morning. If I could get "Encores" beds in these rooms, I'd have nothing bad to say. I wished that there was a coffee pot, this is vegas, I don't sleep long and I NEED COFFEE! The drapery remote was great, wished that it was near the beds or reachable from the bed for that matter. Gave new meaning to blackout drapery and no need to adjust them to close them fully to avoid light cracks in the drapes. The service was personal, the security to the rooms was great also. Waited awhile for the bell man to bring our bags up, and even at check in, they called, it seemed efficient, but after about 45 minutes, I called the bell desk and our bags were promptly brought up, the bell man was knowledgable and made sure that we were up to date on all amenities and findings in the room and resort. I loved this place! The bakery in the Venetian shops was so delicious, try the crossiants.

My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo for a week for our wedding anniversary. Upon check-in we were offered a complimentary upgrade of our suite to one with a view on one of the higher floors which overlooked Treasure Island hotel. In the day we had a view of the mountains and during the night we had a view of the Strip, and we were able to see all of the fireworks that were going on at night during the pirate show outside of Treasure Island. It was wonderful! The staff were very nice and whatever we requested they brought to us right away. The suite is very large, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. We would definitely stay here again. The club LAVO in the Palazzo was not all that great for dancing. That's probably because the DJ was not one of the best they had playing music the night we went. The LAVO has a very small dance floor. We ate one the fine restaurants called DelMonicos - which I would not recommend because the food was not all that great as we had expected and was very expensive. Our hotel room and the other floors in the hotel were all smoke-free. Only the casino smelled of cigarette smoke even though they have a sweet smelling fragance that dispenses through their air vent system. Other than that the Palazzo is a very nice hotel to stay at in Vegas. It's worth the price.

We had a wonderful weekend trip for the 4th of July weekend. There was a greeter at check-in to welcome us to the hotel and direct us to the front desk. The front desk was well staffed and friendly. We were given a room on the 49th floor w/ a great view of the strip. We have stayed at the sister resort, the Venetian, before and the room was equally impressive. The bedroom, living room and bathrooms we all very clean and neat. Our package included line passes to Club Lavo and complimentary cocktails which we took advantage of. We went around 10:30p and there was already a line forming. Our passes got us directly into the club. The bar staff was friendly and provided fast service. The DJ was okay and got progressivly better as the night and drinks wore on. By midnight, the dance floor was packed and everyone was having a good time. There was a nice mix of men/women and ethnicities. Sunday afternoon was spent at the pool. The pool staff was equally friendly. They were quick to clean up empty glasses and towels left behind by guests. The only thing was there was not much shade under the 100 degree weather. The shopping at the Palazzo shops was good as well. They have high end shops that may not find at Caesars' forum shops. The walking distance makes it very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I do look forward to staying there or at the Venetian again.

Clean and luxury. During the stay, I have only one concern is that I can not turn off the lights beside the bed. There is no turn-off switch and prefer if it can be turn-off during the sleep.

The Palazzo Hotel was beautiful! The room was huge exactly like the Venetian. I wanted to stay in a hotel that was close to everything--the Wynn (for the buffet), the Mall, Caesars Palace, and the Venetian (known for their huge selection of restaurants). It was the perfect location and a decent price. This is my second stay there, however, housekeeping was a failure! There were no pens and I had to jot down a phone number, a lot of toiletries were missing, and lack of towels! I called housekeeping and they came in 20 minutes. I decided to write the housekeeper a note of what I needed to make sure that she/he would do a decent and complete job the next day. I would stay there again, because of the comfort and the location. Hopefully they do a better room service next time.

The Palazzo was very nice - clean - nicely appointed. More than 2 towels would be preferred - Robes that fit larger people also. The Palazzo was very nice - clean - nicely appointed.

Just returned from a great trip to Las Vages. The Palazzo met & exceed our expectations. This hotel stands out from the pack. The Wynn, Encore & sister next door are its only competition. The Casino room has the best air exchange system on the strip. You could hardle notice the smokers & god knows they were present. The second aspect was the high ceilings & abundance of light, which included the Casino. No close dungun feeling. The staff were on their toes, probably due to the NASCAR race bringing hordes of guest. The room was what people tell decorators to replicate & the beding was outstanding. Loved the step down living area. Even though we faced east, the mountains were picture perfict & the near by airport was fun to watch the high traffic flow. Not much of a slow down in Vegas. I sometimes wondered why people post, but here I have no axe to grind & wanted to extend our experience in this hotel. We both like the location & the Blond enjoyed the fashion mall across the street. My wallet didn't. The direct connection to the Venetian is an interesting walk. Had dinner at Batali's B&B Ristorant. On the pricey side, but hey it was my birthday. An excellent meal. Dal Toro & Grand Lux Cafe are both good for breakfast. Zine an Asian Resturant was given a B. We wish we could do it again soon.

I liked the location of this hotel. I didn't not like the charge for wifi in the room, but free wifi in the lobby. The staff seemed helpful, but only to a point. They were unwilling to negotiate after a fault of their own. Many amenities seemed way overpriced. $10 per day for wifi access in the room; however, free wifi in the lobby made no sense.

My recent get-away to the Palazzo this February was great. I was impressed with the quality of the suite I had. The construction of this building is first-rate. The walls and ceiling are thick and sound-proof. 2 HD TV's. Very comfortable bed that was clean and sumptuous. Nice lighting apppointments throughout the suite especially the bathroom. This hotel is associated with the Venetian Hotel. When I was leaving the hotel I noticed a maid removing mold from the grout in a shower. That says a lot about this hotel. If you want to be in the middle of the action and have a peaceful retreat to return to, this is the place, The Palazzo.

The rooms were exceptional! The hotel was spotless, and service was great. I will definietly stay at the Palazzo the next time I'm in Las Vegas. By far, it blows away all the other hotels.

Spacious, comfortable rooms the pool layout was spread out so you did not feel like people were right on top of you-- staff very attentive, friendly. We've stayed at several places on the strip-- we will for sure stay here again. Only positive experiences, the room was comfortable and spacious and the staff was friendly, professional and very eager to help. We were very happy with our Priceline rate on top of everything else.

The room are large and the layout of each was great. They were dusty and in more disrepair than I would expect a year old hotel to be. We had torn wallpaper and a few of the electrical outlets were hanging off of the wall. The watercloset lighting was so horrible, but there was enough to see the large amount of dust settled onto the baseboards. The casino was pretty pricey (hardly any quarter slots or $5 tables). The location of the hotel is excellent and it is easily connected to the Ventian, which has great food choices and a fun casino. I would still probably stay here again, but since it was so dirty I feel ripped off of the "luxury" experience.

The only trouble I had was with getting the housekeeping/maintenance staff to fix a light switch in the room. When they came to fix it (and I was not in the room at the time), they fixed the wrong thing. Also, when I checked out, I was told I could have the room until 1pm but when I went to the room to shower, the room had already been cleaned because the housekeeping staff was not told about this.

The window blinds opened with a remote control! The alcohol was overpriced at the pool. Fantastic! I would stay at the Palazzo or the Venetian over and over!
