Check-in took an hour, coupled with a rude front desk manager. 3 calls were made for requesting maid service. We requested wine glasses prior to check in and never received them. A store attempted delivery of a clothing item we purchased, and they were told they had no listing for me.

Great hotel with easy check-in. The location is perfect for walking anywhere on the strip. Rooms are huge with stylish furnishings. Even though the Casino is open 24 hours, we never heard any noise, and slept very well.

Beyond first class. A very special travel experience to stay in a property where it seems that no expense was spared to create a first class quality property.

Hotel was new and had an excellent friendly staff. Maids said good morning every day one has to explore to discover all of the little facets of the hotel a guest needs to explore. Good food, friendly bar. I was working every day and did not get to use the convenient pool and spa. Young and old alike can find something to like in this hotel.

The Palazzo is beautiful. The rooms are the best in Vegas, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the location is great. First class all the way.

The palazzo hotel is very impressive. It has large rooms with great restaurants and a nice casino and there is upscale shopping. It was a short walk within the building to the sands convention center for our convention. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel has very serene and eloquent ambiance. Staff will go out of their way to meet your expectations. While there is still a Venetian feel, it's far more relaxed without losing the sense of elegance. Casino is perfect for those who are looking to gamble but don't want to get caught up in the late night bustle. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with beautiful décor.

Everything that I had expected of a five-star hotel was met at the Palazzo. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out the staff was friendly, and ready to help, even in a wind storm the pool was a great place to be. The shops were excellent and the restaurants were amazing.

An unexpected level of wear-and-tear scars on the new furniture. Loud A/C. Otherwise, a very nice stay at a very nice hotel.

Would not stay here unless we got a $190 or below rate. We are hoping to get it again next year for the JCK Show convention.

Beautiful but pricey. I guess when you stay at a luxury hotel, expect everything to have luxury prices.

It is a nice hotel, be careful upon check out, they try to charge me for a drink I didn't take. The key card was not working, I had to change it, even he said that he will send somebody to fix the lock door, but he didn't.
