Was stranded in Chicago due to a flight problem late at night with two kids. Shuttle was very prompt and friendly both times. Rooms were very clean and up to date. Free breakfast was helpful. Staff was very friendly. Hallways did smell of smoke a bit though our room did not. Smoking should be limited to certain floors not rooms.

Almost any other choice in the area would have to be better. The facility is worn, the non-smoking room stunk with smoke. The bedding was circa 1980. The promised shuttle does not run as advertised. Count on paying for a cab if you don't have a rental car.

On the corner of Touhy and River Rd...2 miles from EL/14.00 cab ride to /from airport. There is very limited van service, but was not available when I needed it.Rooms were oversized with sofa/Dinette Table/FrigTiffany's Restaurant across the parking lot. Very good food.
