This is not a good place to stay with children. You have to walk through the casino to get to the hotel, which is filled with patrons and smoke at all hours. Also, noise from the hallways was intrusive.

We enjoyed our visit very much. The front desk would have been better if it would have been away from the gaming area, it was hard to hear the people talking while checking in very noisy. The staff was very friendly everywhere we went in the hotel. It was a little bit smoky, maybe have a section for non-smokers, are more ventilation.

This is first time we have stayed at the Palace since Katrina and we really enjoyed it. We even won on the slot machines! Employees could be a little more friendly. Beautiful pool are on the Bay.

since Hurrican Katrina all the Biloxi hotels are new and remodeled. This one is a beautiful facility with very ample rooms and a lush decor.

This hotel/casino is great. The rooms are clean, and plush. The only thing is, Biloxi has yet to rebuild anything like restaurants or attractions. So, its good if you want to go relax, but don't plan or dining out or shopping.

the room is a good value for the money and the rooms are very spacious. good views of the pool and the back bay. bathrooms are not as big as compared to the size of the room floor plan. my only complaint is that the casino area is very smokey compared to other casinos.

The Palace exceeded our expectations. Beds were extra comfy. Liked having to use room key to access your floor from the elevator. Will stay again. Would like looser slots.

The Palace Casino was very nice. The room was huge. It had two queen size beds, a desk & two chairs & a nice size bathroom with vanity. The decor of the room was beautiful. I enjoyed the added safety of only those staying on your floor had acces to it. You had to use your room key when you got in the elevator & then enter your floor number. Very strick about 4pm check in time, so don't try to arrive any earlier!! Although there was a line of people in the lobby at 4pm at check in time, it went very quickly. This casino/hotel is at the very end of Biloxi, but easy to get to. Biloxi/Guflport area has made great strides in recovery since Hurricane Katrina, but it still has a good way to go, but it's looking great.

We were somewhat satisfied with the Palace. I must say, any person we had contact with, was most helpful and pleasant. The food at the Buffett was not up to the greatest standards. Plenty of it, but nothing I would recommend to anyone. My comprehension of the rules had to be explained to me. Example, we received $10. for getting a card and it was my understanding, that if you went for dinner, you received $10. more. Was informed that we had to have paid with a credit card or cash. We were paying the entire bill with a credit card. After further, investigation, we could only have one of the incentives. Went for ice cubes, heard water running, and was told it was in process of freezing more cubes. Understandable, but four hours later, still no ice cubes, and with their process of using the elevator, I was afraid to go to another floor to try to find some. Did have problems with our cards activating the elevator. It was a pleasant three days, but will try another place in the future. Nothing serious, but didn't rate it as A1.

The view from my hotel room was excellent. It overlooked the back bay which provided me an opportunity to wake up and look out at water. The room was spacious and there were several restaurants located inside the hotel area along with a casino. You did not have to go far for entertainment nor food. My stay was very pleasant.

The Palace Casino Resort staff was very efficient and courteous upon check in. Our room was outstanding for the rate we paid. As compared to the other resorts we checked, this was by far, the best value. The room was very comfortable with a wonderful view of the bay on both sides. Each staff member we encountered wa polite and helpful. We would definitely stay at The Palace again.
