This was an excellent hotel regarding the price quality ratio. The area was very convienient and the saff was helpful. Especially the room cleaning lady was extremely competent. I think she is the person that made our stay wonderful.

The rooms are too small but tidy. The lift is tiny, only for 2 persons. It's ridiculous that no food is allowed even stored in rooms but you can order breakfast served in rooms. No tea or coffee making or even water unless ordered. No air-conditioning allowed, only fan.If open window, the outside is a bit noisy.

The rooms were small but they were nice and clean. Walls were thin though and you can hear people in the next room talking and their TV. Lift was very small!! Would probably fit 1 person with a suitcase. The staff were friendly and helpful. They made us aware of the transport strikes in Paris and offered to book taxis for us. Location was OK 10 mins walk to Champs Elysees and the opera.

When we visit Paris we will always go in this hotel; it is in a fantastic position for shopping, walking, visiting Paris and has an interesting price/quality ratio.

It was really a pleasure to feel that the staff was willing to help us, either in language as in tips to visit Paris.

Clean room. Spaciousness is normal for France/Paris. Manager (Celine?) is very friendly and advisable. A bit further from the Champs Elysees than I wanted, but the location was good and reasonable for the price and quality of the room. Would stay there again for short periods of time.

The hotel is located in a very good spot near the cit center. It's very close to a metro station, so you can go everywhere you want easily. The room was small but clean. We wanted to use it just for a sleep and it's size doesn't bother us. The breeakfast could be better, according to the price. But it was OK. The staff of the hotel was very helpfull and kind. We enjoyed our stay in Paris and we will try to stay in this hotel on our next visit in Paris.

Great place with plenty of character. The room was small, like many places in Paris but not uncomfortable. The surrounding is not exactly a hotspot but the location is quite central for whatever you want to do in London.

We had a great time in Paris. I have to learn some French to the next time. It was the first time we came too Paris. The hotel was perfect for us. Nice people, small, but nice room.

They can be more hospitable and understanding. They also need to realise that they are communicating with someone not form their country, who might not be well aware of the country rules. The rooms shown on the website were not the ones we got. We got smaller rooms.

On the day of arrival, we learned about a death in the family and had to go back. After informing Hotel manager, she responded (without expressing any condolences) that we have to pay for 2 more days based on the 48 hour policy, although we did not asked for any discounts. When asked to use internet to receive a copy of the death certificate (to present it to airline), we were provided with a price menu (4 euros for 15 min). Our friends stayed at Quality Inn hotel few blocks away. Their staff offered us (who did not stay there) help and provided with free internet to communicate with the family. Besides that, the room was not ready by the check-in time for several hours but was clean and quiet. The location was not great as the area is not residential (lots of office-type buildings) and it was not very close to the Metro.

Good central location. Room was small, but king sized bed was nice. Very small elevator. Helpful, bilingual staff. 10 min walk to Champs E.

We stayed here two seperate times over a week and would stay again the next time we're in Paris. Once we figured out our bearings, this hotel was in a very convienent location. The staff were all very nice - recommending great restaurants in the area - arranging taxis. We took a small two day trip out of Paris and wanted to travel as lightly as possible. The staff let us store our larger suitcases in a nook of their lobby. As the front desk was staffed 24 hours a day, we felt our stuff was totally safe! Our rooms were a bit "cozy" for the 2 of us plus luggage... Just know that the prices in Paris are more expensive for comparable rooms then in Italy or Greece.
