Good hotel. It was a bit busy due to a large group of swim team members staying here at the same time, but otherwise I would stay here again. Clean, decent sized rooms, a short driving distance to State Street, and, once the team left, quiet and peaceful.

Comfortable rooms and relaxed atmosphere. Limited parking and limited restaurant seating on busy weekends. Pacifica Suites is a budget-friendly alternative to the more expensive hotels closer to Santa Barbara's central core. The rooms are tidy and relatively spacious for the money. The hotel is beautifully landscaped, with many old trees, and has an atmosphere that is good for families with children.

Other reviews seem nit-picky. Overall, the hotel is excellent for the price. A no-kitchen 1 bedroom suite with breakfast for this rate is good for Santa Barbara. Location is next to the freeway but it did not bother us. If you are visiting UCSB, this is literally 5 minutes from campus...not walking distance but an easy drive over there. Fresh cookies at the front desk are a nice touch.

3 families traveling for a fourth of July getaway. Our kids had a blast at the spacious heated pool. We traveled with a total of 5 kids from ages 2-5. The separate living space was great for the kids to run around in and watch DVD's. I wish we had a DVD player in the bedroom also so they could watch while in bed. Breakfast was wonderful and the landscaping was immaculate. Very quiet place. The only problem is that it is a little far from Fisherman's Wharf, where we wanted to be and there is no on-site restaurant. Other than that great all around. We did not have a microwave.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and the hotel itself was very organized. The parking fills up fast at night and you may have to park farther from your room. I really liked how clean and spacious the rooms were. Everything was very comfortable, and convenient. Their complimentary breakfast was satisfactory as well. The staff was extremely friendly too. I would say that it would have been nicer if they had assigned parking spots, as we had to park really far from our room when we came back late night, but other than that, it was a good stay!

The staff was not unfriendly, but not particularly helpful. We tried calling the front desk on numerous occasions but no one ever answered. The beds were uncomfortable and the towel my husband was using disintegrated all over his head, leaving white fibers everywhere. The lobby is attractive but there is no information whatsoever on local attractions.

The hotel does not have a work out area.

Beautiful grounds, the room was large and very clean, window that opened with plantation shutters & a separate living room. Would be happy to recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. It was a beautiful facility with an awesome complimentary breakfast.

Rooms are not as large as they appearin photos. I asked someone at the front desk if they could call me a taxi to go into town. I also asked how much I should expect to pay. I was told 10 maximum. I went to the lobby at the time I requested and they forgot to call the taxi. When the taxi did arrive my total into town was 22. Big difference.

This was a comfortable hotel. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast arrangement is different (made to order continental) and the rooms are not connected to the main bldg. Parking can be challenge if the hotel is full. Covenient to SB airport.

Breakfast included, beautiful landscaping, suite with 2 TV's, convenient location, historical house on-site. Breakfast was a bit crowded - had to sit outside on a chilly morning. We stayed at a beach front hotel last year and it was not a pleasant experience. The Pacific was conveniently located, less than 5 minutes from the beach, and was quiet and clean. The grounds are beautiful. A good fit for our family - 2 adults and 3 teenagers.

Large, clean, quiet, updated two-room on highway side of hotel. Breakfast okay, but considering the area, hotel really should have better wines at happy hour (horrible). Several pet friendly rooms available. Overall- decent value

Rooms were very cozy. I was under the impression that it was closer to Santa Barbara itself.

The Pacifica Suites in Santa Barbara provided excellent value in a beautiful park-like setting for what is otherwise a costly area to stay - and is just close enough to downtown Santa Barbara, without being too close to all the people and noise. There are two separate rooms in each suite, although the sink for the bathroom is in a common area. All other aspects of this hotel exceeded expectations and the staff were very professional and accommodating.

Nice suites, close to highway. No gym, gym is 1 mile away, no restaurant for dinner. Nice rooms, friendly staff, convenient location.

If you are looking for a little off the beaten path this is a great spot. clean rooms, great courtyard. however the bathrooms are less than luxurious for the price and rather small room sizes makes this a tight sqeeze if you like to spread out and relax. Goleta is easy to get in and out of and close to santa barbara for shopping. Hit Solyana for a day trip. this hotel really makes sense if you'll be going into that area.

We loved the room, the pool, and the breakfast. NA. This is a nice hotel in a good location. The room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool when we arrived, and we were the only guests there at the time. The rooms are fairly child-proof. The cook-to-order breakfast was very good, with a very professional cooking staff.

Very nice. No close restaurants, too far from Santa Barbara hub. Great rooms! Very nice, helpful staff. Great getaway play.

Free food! Some rooms are too close to freeway. We loved the stay at Pacifica suites. Great service & very clean hotel. Free happy-hour snacks & drinks with cook-to-order hot breakfast were awesome. Proximity to freeway was the only letdown due to mild traffic noise.
