My husband and I were going to a party close by the Pacific Inn in White Rock so we decided to get a room for the night and make it a romantic getaway. We went to the Hotel before the party to pay for our room. We were in a hurry so we didn't unpack our bags, just left for the party. About 12:30 we returned tired and went directly to our room. What a surprise to find someone else in our paid for room. The desk clerk seemed puzzled and took forever to get us another room (queen size bed not King) and also wanted to charge us again!!! Checking out in the morning again they wanted to charge us. Thank goodness we had our paperwork handy. Nobody seemed to care about the inconvenience to us so I doubt we'll stay there again. We loved our stay there. People were wonderful, atmosphere set an awesome mood and the food was great. It is lacking, however some sort of night entertainment.

This big pink hotel is just lovely, our room was quiet, and plenty big. The pool area is beautiful and quite an oasis. The check in staff were really friendly and helpful. A very nice experience!

Atmosphere in atrium and pool area. Nightclub not operational and hotel bar closes too early. Very clean and nice balcony rooms overlooking pool and spa areas.

This hotel is one of the poorest we have stayed in fro many years. Pantry Restaurant was terrible - non existant service / orders mixed up & food cold / smell of chlorine from indoor pool wafting over tables as we ate.Stay away !!!

Large open lobby & pool area. Very muggy in lobby & pool area, Bar was only open till 11 pm. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, you could not open curtains as it was open to the pool & rooms were adjacent, not much privacy.

Staff- husband had to go to emergency in early morning and front desk offered to drive him. Not very clean. Good hotel for young families as the pool is pleasant and bright. Restaurant also good for young families with a good kid's menu. Would be nice if they could update some things so it is cleaner (i.e. the hallway carpets!).

Very nicely decorated. Key card problems & did not get my room cleaned a couple times. Great pool & facilities ,great decor.

The cleaning staff was very willing to help and the hotel was tidy. The front desk staff was incompetent. The hotel itself is fine, not very noise proof, but is what you expect to find, beds, TV's, etc. The pool area is very nice and there is a Pantry restaurant on site which is convenient. Some of the rooms are very far away from the elevator which was a hindrance as we were traveling with a lot of luggage and a small child.
