Only air conditoner in unit was not working and could not be fixed by maintenance

It was the best price hotel in the Kihei area and would definately stay there again.

This was a gorgeous property, but the unit we were assigned to did not meet our expectations. It was a spacious 2 bedroom, however the bathrooms and kitchen were dirty when we checked in. There was hair all over the bathrooms, and food on the cabinets and floor in the kitchen. Someone had squirted cleanser on the kitchen floor, but not scrubbed it. There were MINIMAL pots and pans for cooking, NOTHING to bake anything in, not even a cookie sheet or casserole dish. We made eggs in a saute pan that wasn't even flat on the bottom. Not enough dishes. No BBQ on lanai, and we declined to pay $10 per night to rent one. Eating out in Hawaii is very expensive, we had hoped that with a family of 4 we would save a little by preparing some meals in the condo. I was disappointed.

Great location,the grounds are fantastic.Condo was nice and roomy.T.V was old and outdated,appliances were on the old side.Second bed set was terrible there was two of us sleeping on two twins that had to be pushed together.After a period of time they separated and you ended up on the floor!...carpets were rather worn and dirty in places.Condo just needed some updating.Pool area was nice.

The place was very large. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it. The carpets were a bit dated but every thing else was pretty nice. Very good value..

The condo was very large (the living room alone was 15'x25'!), with 2 bathrooms, spacious bedroom, full kitchen, and large lanai overlooking the ocean - although sparingly appointed, we found it more than adequate for our needs - two couples could easily stay here without getting in each other's way.We checked out the other condo's in the Wailea area, and they all looked fine to us, although we thought that the Palms was our favourite.
