Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Close to most everything we wanted to see, beach, restuarants, shopping, etc. The parking was booked and we had to park 2 blocks away in their other lot (still $18 a day fee).

This is exactly what I wanted, nice hotel, clean, very friendly and helpful front desk, I loved every single day of my vacation. The rest, as far as restaurants, most of them are walking distance, including the beach and shopping centers. I would definitely come back to the same hotel.

We found this hotel to be clean and relatively well appointed within easy walking distance to the quiet end of Waikiki. It is a fairly long beach but it's a lovely 15min walk to the busier end if that's what you fancy. There are plenty of high end shops nearby and places to eat and drink. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The air conditioner was a little noisy on the last night, but we didn't see it as too much of an issue. We had a lovely view from our balcony to the beach and the city.

Very nice accomodations. Parking is extra and we had to walk 2 blocks to parking garage since one attached to hotel was full but other than that we really had a good time. This is not your resort spa type of accomodations but it is clean, comfortable, and had a large enough room so as not to feel cramped. We didn't spend much time in our room however since there are plenty of sights to see around the island.

We loved it here. Stayed for two weeks and it's very close to the beach but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. One bedroom condo with king size bed and pull out sofa. Full size refrigerator, stove, microwave with a great ocean view. We could see the fireworks every Friday night from our lanai. Everyone was friendly and the spa here, Ville de Coco was excellent. Highly recommend getting the full treatment -- 10% off for guests and it's simply wonderful. Be aware if you rent a car, it's * per night for parking but it's very secure. I highly recommend staying here instead of a small hotel room with no kitchen.

We stayed in a beautiful one bedroom condo. We had everything we needed to cook meals and prepare snacks, which was great with two young children. The view was spectacular and the customer service was satisfactory. Parking was difficult, as we had to park across the street for half of our stay. That was not easy with two little ones! Overall, a great experience!

My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it was very nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly-- when they overbooked all of the king rooms, they upgraded us for free and we got an ocean view room. Duke's Canoe Club was a terrible dining experience. The staff was rude. Everything else was GREAT. You can walk anywhere and can get cabs very easily. Lots of shopping and GREAT Beach and activities.
