We booked 1 of the victorian style rooms. Our room was on the first level which was convenient for loading/unloading the car. However, our upstairs neighbors were VERY inconsiderate. We were awakened early each morning to yelling, jumping, running, crying children and adults with very loud voices. We called the front desk on the first morning and they responded rapidly. However, the next morning was unfortunately like a recurring nightmare. We suggest that the management place a sign in the foyer and in the second floor room to remind guests that older homes are not well insulated and that quiet/inside voices and footsteps would be greatly appreciated by the lower level guests. The lesson: Always stay in the penthouse! Or at OurGuest Inns - the second floor suites!

Great location. Outside entrances. Good, but the ice machine did not work, all entrance was to the outside, did not like this.

We stayed at this hotel for Memorial Weekend with plans to go to Put In Bay Island. There was a wonderful carnival/fair right across the street from the hotel with lots of vendors and rides and a beer tent. Food options were a little light within walking distance but a quick drive will get you everything you could need. We plan on returning at least once a year and we will stay in this hotel everytime. It was even great sitting on the front porch just watching all the people buzzing around. Also know that if you are a smoker, there isn't smoking in any of the bars or resturants but almost all of them have patios.

Atmosphere was warm and inviting. NA. We were satisfied with our price and stay and will go back if they maintain both. Otherwise, there is too much competition and other features to go elsewhere if they overcharge.

The OurGuest Inn & Suites turned out to be a very old building. The Victorian Room was extremely old, worn & stained mattress. Not at all what we expected. Pool was closed over Labor Day Weekend. Fortunately, we were able to trade for a different room that was furnished properly and had updated facilities but at a much higher rate then we were expecting to pay. We not return to this hotel.

The outside is very nondescript, but the inside was beautifully decorated, friendly and clean. Rate is best.

The staff gave us some suggetions on dinning in Port Clinton that we were able to walk to. And a grat popcorn place worth checking als able to walk to. The location of the hotel was an e asy walk to the Jest Express to go to Put-in-bay. By staying at this hotel we were given a sheet for some disconts at are places and on the Jest Express.

Our Guest Inn was comfortable...a good deal for the money. Close to the lake and the attractions. It serves its purpose...Alittle small but we only had 2 people. The service was good...We had a big spot on our cover of the bed and they took care of it right away.

We had no idea where to stay on our short summer retreat. i just picked this hotel, because it was close to our final destination. We have already told friends and family what a nice hotel it was. The front desk clerk was very fiendly and our room was clean. We would stay here again.

This Hotel was a very very nice Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with it. If we ever go back to Port Clinton I definantly plan to return their to stay. The only things that I would change would be for the beds to be softer and the towels to be softer also. It was close to the shops and some resturaunts. We walked and did some sight seeing to places close to the hotel. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation for our family and the hotel played a very big part in that for us.

housekeeping needs to watch the sign that says privacy please. Tight and small but met every need you may have. Much better than other hotels in the area! This one doesn't smell!

We were highly satisfied with every aspect of Our Guest Inn and Suites, Downtown, in Port Clinton, OH. We particularly enjoyed the suana hot tub in the room. There was a restaurant next door, and a Wendy's on the other side, that allowed for a late snack. The location was right in the middle of everything going on. The staff answered all our needs quickly. We had no complaints at all, and intend to stay there again.
