Built all new in 1995, this centrally located motel is close to all area attractions and ferries to the lake Erie Islands. With only 24 rooms and suites, this motel offers the vacationer the ability to remove themselves from the hustle and bustle of large, impersonal, chain hotels. Handicapped and Jacuzzi suites are available. All rooms have a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and wet bar. Meeting room is available. Out door heated pool and hot tub in site.

Room smelled strongly of fresh paint. The Wi-Fi didn't work for the second year in a row. If you need internet access - I do not recommend this place. Stayed 3 nights each year with no internet access. HOWEVER - they DO provide a decent room at a very reasonable rate.

Clean room, staff is friendly, no surprises - excellent value for the money. Room was small - sink detached from shower & toilet area. For the price, it's hard to complain. This hotel is close to Cedar Point (20 minutes away) and a block away from the Lake Erie shore. The most important thing a hotel must be is clean in my opinion. For that reason alone, I would recommend Our guest Inn & Suites Catawba. My major criticism is that the room is cramped. Since I staid little time in the room, I did not ask for help from the hotel staff about the WiFi, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt that the problem could have been on my end.

Hotel was very much over priced. The suite consisted of two double beds, a microwave, frigerator and very small dining area. Value was not there.

Location. Staff knowledge, Old feel, not up to date. Very old feel to this hotel. They do not know much about helping with directions in getting there or with local restaurants. They did not have many normally supplied items seen even in a 1-star hotel, like an iron or ironing board. Very disappointed.

our guest inn & suites was the perfect place to stay for our first family charter fishing trip. the rooms were very spacious and had 2 beds and a pull out sofa. the arrangement of the room: with a mini refrigerator, microwave and sink, with a table and chairs, sofa and tv that could be swiveled to be watched sitting on bed or at couch or table was ideal. the staff was awesome. check in was a breeze and when we had car problems and couldn't go home, they gave us a discount for the 2nd night-even though they were extremely busy and packed. we couldn't be happier and we will definately stay there next year!

Easy access, middle of the area we were visiting. Reminded of a motel 6. Below average, needs updating. The steel steps going to our room were in disrepair.

A Spartan style motel that time has past by. Room door opened to outside facing a very small pool. Room had a key and not a card. Air conditioner was an individual unit installed in the wall under the window that was hard to regulate. No shampoo or other niceties in the bath. With the exception of the microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine this motel was equipped like most found in the 60?s. If you?re looking nostalgia this is the place for you.

Couldn't beat the location of the hotel for the price. It also had 2 double beds. Ask for comforters When you get off the jet and call a cab, hopefully you are lucky enough to get the Natural Light drinking cab driver... because a drunk cab driver is a good finish to a day at the bay!!

The suites was very nice.They were very clean,had alot of room.The beds were comfortable to sleep on.The whole place was nice.We would recommend this place to our friends and we will be coming back to stay again real soon.The place was right by lake erie.It was walking distance which we liked very much.You didn't have to go far to go anywhere.Its in a good location.
