Very clean, remodeled, friendly, helpful staff. Close to metro. airport shuttleLarge comfortable rooms. Pool and outside areas looked very nice. We did not have time to utilize.

If you use the hotel for airport needs it is good because of free shuttle. Difficult to access the city They charge well pretty much for everything including the internet and local phone calls etc. It served my purpose to go in and out of the Madrid airport and free shuttle was helpful. The hotel is in the middle of a suburban area and nothing really around. You kind of have to dine and stay in the hotel while you are there.

The thermostat didn't work, and the room got extremely hot overnight. The next day, we were shown how to "pull the fuse" in order to turn the heat off. The temperature remained comfortably warm then, as heat continued to pour into the bathroom, and with that door open, into the sleeping area. If you choose Osuna, find out going in how to control the heat. Everything else was fine.

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in in Madrid. Although it was a little hard to find, it was very clean, modern with great service. The hotel provided free shuttle service to the airport that catered to your flight times. It was a great place to stay with a great price. I will definately stay there again on my next trip to Madrid.

The food and wine in the restaurant were excellent and staff was very nice. Nice dining room and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Shuttle available from airport and also to IFEMA. Great as I went there on business trip for MATALEC exhibition at the IFEMA. However, as there is only one shuttle, there was a bit of waiting. Receptionist not friendly. Breakfast was quite expensive!

Wished there would have been coffee pots in the room. Room was nice, but staff could not describe how to find the hotel well enough and that caused us terrible problems.

A bit far from the city, it took a bus and train ride into the city. The Hotel is very nice but found the reception quite slow. Has a great swimming pool.

The restaurant was very nice. The pool was too. At times no one spoke English at the desk. Beds were not comfortable. If you rent a car the garage is tiny, difficult to manuver a car around the corners. I had to pay 2 Euro for a small bag of ice. The frige had a bad smell and wasn't cleaned during my 3 day stay. The beds are small and hard.
