Nicest hotel in Manta, typical beach hotel you would find anywhere. Rooms are nothing spectacular, but most have ocean view and balcony/patio, which is nice, because the room I stayed in smelled of mildew due now doubt to the humid environment. Proximity to the main swimming beach in Manta is nice. Private gate access to hotel from beach. Little food booths below hotel on beach. Sun shade etc rental on main beach nearby. Watch out for afternoon winds, beach is long/flat. Hotel pool is better location in late afternoon. Food was in the "better" range. Service good. Ho-Jo is farther away and up a cliff. Conga bar is nearby for dancing. Many restaurants very close. Oro Verde is slightly overpriced for area. Would return.

Beautiful setup, excellent food, great service, gracious help, friendly, many knew English. Clean, generous, great band, plenty of room for dancing until early morning.
