This is a great hotel with great view of the red rocks from right inside the room. The lady at the front desk was awesome... It right in the middle of shopping and I totally recommend the restaurant right across the street.

Don't let some of the old reviews keep you from going here. I have been to The Orchards Inn 3 times now and cannot wait to go back. It is a small place with HUGE views! Best views and location in all of Sedona. Only complaint the lack of parking. You need to get in early and settle down otherwise you wont have parking in the lot but the hotel next door provides overflow assuming they have parking which isnt always the case. FYI: The beds are awsome

Spectacular view with lanai, felt safe, but dirty carpet, torn curtain and cracked head board on bed. Elevator w/b exellent addition! Great concierge!

This is by far the best place I have stayed in Sedona. For the price, you get a nice room, an awesome view, and a relaxing pool. The pool is a little small but I didn't mind. The surroundings are mind blowing. You are right in the heart of downtown. You can walk to the shops and many good restaurants. We really liked the Silver Saddle. Yum! I have stayed in about 5 hotels in the area. Price range anywhere between 80.00 and 150.00. This is my favorite. Our ground floor room did have a view by the way. I read someone's review and it said they didn't. Next time I'm in Sedona I will be staying here!

The room has a king-size bed that was comfortable and the addition of two upholstered chairs made the room more comfortable and useful. The room was clean and the bathroom looked as if it had recently been renovated. We also ejnoy the use of the in- room microwave and refrigerator. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at midnight to a closed office. However a phone call from the convenient phone outside the office brought the desk clerk from the sister hotel down the hill. During our 4 day stay, the staff was courtious and resposive to our needs.
