3 cockroaches on my 2 days stay, no phones answers, no internet access, their food was not fresh. Bad fire escape layout, confusing corridors, warm environment, inattentive concierge, long time check in and out, disturbing phone calls, the rooms were not cleaned, with things behind the curtains , and below the beds, not the rooms that you requested. Bad management.

The room was lack something. It was needed to wait more than 1 hour until check in. I will not use this hotel any more.

the room is spacious but furnitures are old. TV is very small. View from the room is bad. Location is near to the main shopping district but public transport is not convenient around the hotel. Overall quality of this hotel is not as good as its other hotel chain such as Golden Landmark Hotel. Service staff is not friendly or helpful.

The hotel is becoming a bit dated and is in need of modernising. Although the room (deluxe) was a very good size and comfortable, the creation of a double bed by joining two single beds together is not really acceptable in hotels purporting to be of a high standard. The cleanliness was generally OK except for mould along parts of the tiling in the bathroom. The single price for breakfast irrespective of whether a continental or cooked breakfast was chosen meant that a simple breakfast was consideably overpriced. However, a great location with good service.

This hotel was a great hotel for the price. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good size with plenty of hot water. The hotel is at the end of Orchard, just a few blocks from all the shopping. There are restaurants all around the hotel with a variety of food choices. The bus stop is across the street from the hotel or a short walk to the train station. It is true that the minibar is not free but the cost of bottled water (which you will need) was reasonable.

Like the location of the hotel. Breakfast is not up to American standard. Hotel is clean, safe and friendly staff. Location is good.

The place is strategic not only when it comes to proximity to shopping places but to public transportation stop as well. The room is clean, the sheets and towels are fresh and new. The bathroom tiles though need a good scrubbing. They also have a self service laundry area just next to the pool and the gym - makes waiting a lot easier. I just find the place quite pricey though I would be happy to stay there again if I visit Singapore again.

"As a regular visitor to Singapore, it was my first time at this particular hotel. Staff were courteous and very helpful and the facilities were great - the pool area was particularly impressive. Rooms were clean but the bathrooms although could do with attention. Great location and facilities for the price. Got stung slightly on the minibar - the soft drinks are not complimentary!!!"

It's my second time staying at this hotel. No complaint just compliment to the manager and staff for providing excellent service.

The location is perfect and staff accomodating. However rooms should be checked like plumbing & refs. There is very poor response on requesting for maintenance. Lights at the pool were totally off at night. Should improve on laundry of towels, they smell bad. Must clean thoroughly esp. where ref is located.

This is a great hotel located in the heart of the shopping district. If you want to shop, stay here. There are lots of cafes around too, and little eateries.
