Hotel Orange was a wonderful looking hotel. It reminded me of a posh New York hotel from the trendy interior to the fabulous roof top accomodations. The only problem is the fact that the roof closed down soo early (probably for safety reasons) and we were unable to have drinks or dinner on the roof while overlooking the Arno & the Vatican. Wonderful place and great location (5 minutes from Metro and the Vatican). Highly recommended.

Apartment Residenza Giulia has strategic position for walking in Roma. The room was quiet, we heard only some light noise from the city traffic. We vere satisfied.

The hotel is in a good location if you want to visit the Vatican and only a couple of stops south on the tube/underground from the city centre. By day you can walk to the city centre sights like the Colosseum, Patheon, Trevi Fountain etc from the hotel and even at night we felt safe enough. It is also near a good district for restaurants and bars - Trestevere. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. It is certainly at the high end of the 3-star scale. We found the receptionists very helpful and friendly and our double room had a smart bathroom, satellite TV, air con and a safe. The best bit about the hotel though is the rooftop terrace where you have breakfast. It is a lovely spot to have a coffee and catch some early morning sun while you wake up, although it is a shame they don't open it on an evening so you can have a drink up there.

Very Good Location near the Vatican with a 15min easy walk to the Pantheon area etc. Only slight let down overall is that the Breakfast is very basic and the Hotel lacks a Bar/Lounge.

A family with an older child, stayed for three nights. It was easy to find, really very clean, quiet enough. The staff was beyond any reproach. Breakfast was OK. Much better than we expected in a three star hotel.

Good location. Easy to get into central rome either by bus or walking (about 25mins to the centre)Really close to the vatican and st Peters bazilica. The suite was really spacious and well worth the extra.

The location of the hotel is fantastic but the room was jsut too small for 2 normal sized adults. I even think it would have been difficult for one; it was very claustrophobic. Thankfully we only were staying for one night because if it had been more, we would have been very unhappy. We stayed at a couple other places in Rome for about the same price that were more spacious and in excellent locations.

Not great. Never could make the shower work, no one at the front desk to help us. The next morning they told us we must have not been doing it right. Yes, thanks, we know. But how advanced a degree should you need to take a shower? And why is no one there to help? It is awful to travel all day and not be able to take a good hot shower at the end. Stale pastries and poor cappuccino for breakfast. Decor silly and trendy but clean. Front desk helpful getting us a dinner reservation and a taxi to the airport. Not likely to return.

This was the most expensive lodging during my trips to Italy & certainly did not live up to expectations. I wanted to end my stay with what I though was an upscale hotel, instead, I got a severe disappointment. Thankfully, the receptionist, Roberto, made the stay a bit enjoyable with his unfailing efforts to help us. The double room was a nightmare - we were unable to take showers because the handshower wasn't tall enough. The bathroom lock fell off the door. My multiple requests for twin beds was ignored. We found used bathroom lotion in the rooms. When we needed toilet paper, the night staff had trouble finding any & housekeeping wasn't available at night. When we complained to the owner, he deflected our complaints & went off on Americans for throwing a bottle off the roof of the hotel - it turned out to be the British & Irish who were particularly rowdy from a wedding party, nevertheless he sought to blame the Americans because we were criticisng his hotel. The wedding party took over the hotel, which I didn't mind, except for the noise. They were running between rooms at all hours & treated the hotel like a college dorm. While Roberto & another receptionist (I can't remember her name) were extremely helpful, I can't say tht for the rest of the staff. When we requested assistance with reservations for museums & transport to the airport, we were told the wrong information. Do not use their transport to the airport - call a taxi, it's much cheaper - but they won't tell you that! This is a thumbs doen experience & I will not go back here.

Very funky hotel. Good location - easy to walk to all major sites, or alternatively from which to catch a metro to see them. Friendly staff, liked the decor, although the orange light on the mirror in the bathroom was perhaps a little unecessary. Would stay there again for ease, convenience and comfort.

We had big problems getting the internet work, and the girl at the reception wasn’t dedicated enough to get things work. That is the only complain I got, but it’s a giant complain.

There are not enough photos on the website to do this hotel justice. It was absolutely gorgeous and spotless! The hotel staff was great and had a wealth of knowledge. Breakfast was wonderfully fresh crossiants, fruit, meat and cheese. As well as cereal and a large variety of beverages. The Metro is right around the corner!
