NEEDS TO BE UPDATEDThe lights in the bedroom did not work above the beds, the room was cold, the pillows were very uncomfortable.The bathroom facilities were very sparce and the shower needs an urgent update the water trickled out ...The tv in the bedroom had 5 channels but 2 were the same...

Mugs and glass in the room were dirty on the first day, but they did appear cleaner on the second day, also the TV didn't work properly. It is a basic accommodation but I probably would stay again.

Never stopped for food!Had I have got to this hotel early enough in the evening, I'd have found somewhere else!I had the room at the top of the building next to a really noisy resident. Walls were paper thin, could have heard them sniff let alone argue \"which they did most of the night\".Parking on the main road, a busy road which clearly some of the regulars had issues with, mirrors being smashed by passing cars etc! I had what would be best described as a shoe box size room, a sink and shared bathroom. Bed must have been at least a two decades old, was short and had broken springs along with slopping down wards at the feet end. I would never, ever stay here again unless they paid me......loads!

Uncomfortable bed, and 1 bathroom per 4 rooms, nearly late for meeting cause of this.no parking for car, and felt unsafe as to were car was left.Breakfast very poor,£50 for a tiny room and an uncomfortable bed and A pillow.

excellent little guest house.the location is quiet but close to city centre.it is good value for money,will be staying there again.

I was visiting Aberdeen for a concert. The people at this hotel are very helpful and were very warming. If i visit Aberdeen again, i'd definately recommend staying here. 10 out of 10.
