The guest house is located approx. 14 km/8.7 miles southwest of the town centre of Stellenbosch, the second-oldest European settlement in the Western Cape province, after Cape Town. On walking tours of Stellenbosch you can see fascinating examples of colonial Dutch architecture, especially the Stellenbosch Village Museum, the Powder House, and the Fick House. Also nearby are the De Zalze Golf Estate, Stellenbosch Hills Winery, Spier Wine Estate, the Zevenwacht Eco-Trail, and Stellenbosch University. Onze Rust is approx. a 30 minute drive from Cape Town International Airport and a 40 minute drive from the Cape Town city centre. Pets are not accepted.
