I stayed in Giotto, one of their apartments for 3 months, from September to December, and they asked for a security deposit of 1,627 Euro, which they have not refunded to my back account, and it’s been more than 2 months since they should have done this. I do not recommend this place, since they are arrogant and dishonest.

Very pleasently surprised to find we were given a two bedroom apartment with seperate living room / litchen for our booking of one double room. The apartment was very centrally located (2min from P. Vechio), clean, newly decorated and well furnished. I would reccomend this apartment to anyone who is a bit tired of staying in non-descript hotels and is looking for the opportunity to self cater. We had a brilliant short stay (3nights).

The apartment was lovely because it was very spacious for a group of 5. However, i would advise any families travelling to travel light, as lugging the suitcases up 2 flights of stairs is not a joke. The bigger apartments are good for families of 4 and above.

This was perfectly fabulous value. After a short struggle to find, we grew to learn it was in an absolutely fabulous location. It was also beautiful and very convenient. I was there with 4 other girlfriends for only one evening but we wished that we could have stayed longer. It was fun, and definately a great choice. The apartment was spacious and pretty, which was not expected. I am not one to usually leave a review and was overcome with love for not only Florence but for the Apartment that I felt the need to share.

We found the location of the room fabulous. The appartment was clean and tidy and good value for money. My only complaint would be the noise made by a group of people who were partying in the room next to us. The sound seemed to echo around the corridors and stair well.

Unfortunately the keys to the apartment are quite unreliable and it often took me over 30mins to get into the apartment. It was very dark and gloomy and at the top of 7 flights of stairs. No mean feat when taking luggage up to the apartment. Fine, if I had of known to expect it.However, the apartment was really well situated, in a quiet street, and was very clean. The exposed beams in the loft room can cause severe head damage. BEWARE!

An amazing and spcious apartment in the heart of Florence. A 10 minute wander to Ponte Vechia. Great value for money. You could dine 8 in the living room it is that big.

We had read some bad reviews about collecting keys - nonsense!!!! We arrived sunday afternoon...Very easy and absolutely no problems. Staff VERY helpful and friendly. We had 2 bedroomed apartment - wonderful! Marble everywhere, comfy beds, lots of towels, cooking equipment and only 10 minutes from everywhere. Super! We had some very noisy neighbours on the first night ( a group of spanish boys). We had to call the police, it was so bad, but the Carbiniere were fabulous and informed the One World staff the next morning who dealt with it very well. All in all, a super stay.... we will be back!

Beautiful apartments, super central. The only drawbacks where that the electricity was cut off a couple of times, and that the street is rather noisy.

The apartment was well located and spacious. On first appearance it looked beautiful-- but it was rather dirty and the sofa was dirty. The table in the dining area had crumbs on it when we arrived. I would stay here again if the cleanliness was better.

Nice roomy appartment on second floor a block from Duomo. Booked for 2 bedrooms for family of 4 and ended up with 3 bedrooms so the kids had one each - bliss. 4 balconies all with views over Duomo. Great value.

I really can't praise this high enough for location and price BUT.......just a couple of niggles. We were promised two bathrooms and two double beds. Turned out to be one bathroom a twin and a sofa bed, not a problem except we found out only when we dropped off the keys at the end that they'd put us in the wrong apartment. Makes you wonder whether you've paid the wrong price too! Also on the subject of paying, I secured the apartment on booking with my credit card two weeks before our stay, then when we picked up the keys I signed for my card. However when I got home and opened my credit card bill I found the money had been taken out the day that we booked. Just seemed a bit cheeky to me, what's the point of asking me to sign for the card when they've already had the money in their account for two weeks.Anyway of those niggles don't bother you, it's a great place. Very basic, but you have everything you need, clean and comfortable and ideally located. Perfect if you're on a budget. p.s I only say not family friendly because it was up a lot of stairs with no lift. So not really elderly or unfit friendly either. I was just thinking of having to lug pushchairs up stairs.

Intial impressions were very good. However, we had asked for an apartment with a bath and reiterated this on numerous occasions. We arrive at the apartment and NO bath. We were moved to another apartment which was lovely but we could only have it for one night and then had to move again to a third apartment for the remainder. We packed our things moved them to the 3rd apartment and opted to leave them there whilst we went out fot he day even though the apartment was not ready. When we returned at 6pm the room was still not made up, no linen, no towels and still dirty crockery in the washing machine. It was another hour before this could be sorted out and several expensive mobile phone calls! A common feature of all the apartments was the dirty kitchen utensils and crockery. Some had only been through a rinse on the dishwasher. Probably because previous guests had not been bothered to buy washing up liquid etc. Other issues - some of the mattresses have seen better days and are beyond a good nights sleep. On the positive, great location, 5 minutes from the train station; an important consideration when wheeling luggage through the streets. Close to the main squares and restaurants and also all the good shops. From that point of view it was first class. So on balance I would stay again but would prefer the above points to have been addressed first.

We had to pick the keys up from One World's offices, which was only a 5 minute walk from the train station and then we were directed to our apartment which was situated a minutes walk from the Duomo (very central). The staff at One World were very friendly and helpful, (especially when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, someone came out to us within 10 minutes). The apartment was very modern, clean and very spacious, although it did say on our booking confirmation that it had a fully equiped kitchen with washing machine, which it kind of had a kitchen, but no washing machine. However, this was not a problem to us as I hadn't planned on spending my time in Florence washing and cooking!! There was in addition to a double bed on the ground floor, a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine level with two single beds however, i'm not sure you would put children up there. All in all we were very pleased with the apartment and thought it excellent value for money.

What a remarkable find. The staff was very helpful instructing how to retrieve the key outside of business hours, as I arrived on a Saturday afternoon. The apartment was incredibly located a few blocks from the Uffizi Gallery and just around the corner from the Arno. Lovely little Italien street and everything anybody could have asked for in the apartment, kitchen equipped, modern amenities, skylights, bathroom, loft bed, guest room with a writer's nook. What a wonderful experience. I'll be using these guys for the forseable future.

Avoid this hotel. When we arrived at the address we were given when booking, we had to phone them up because it was no where to be found. They sent someone over on a bicycle and ten minutes later he arrived, gave us an envelope that said that our apartment was not in the building we had booked for but another one. He then left us, and we had to carry our bags about 2km across town, to a completely different area to the one which we booked for and a totally different apartment. Our keys didn't work in the apartment block doors, so we had to phone them again. They didn't answer the phone. After about 5 tries and about £15 of phone calls later, the landlord let us in. We ended up being on the 4th floor of the building, with NO stairs. The lighting was terrible, and on the first night there was no lighting on the stairs so we had to use our cellphones to guide us up and down them. The fan didn't work in the room, so we had to leave the windows open all night. The apartment is right on one of the busiest squares, which had a band playing until after midnight, with people hanging around till around 4am and then a market that started setting up at 7am. Lets just say that we didn't get the best nights rest at this hotel. It was disgusting the way that we were sent to another apartment, with no apology. The customer service was terrible, and completely unavailable for the entire first afternoon. We were a group of three, and we would never stay there again. I warn anyone staying here, that they may very well change the location of your actual apartment when you arrive. By the way that the letter was written to us when we arrived, as well as the other people who were waiting with us, it seems as though it happens to a lot of the people who've booked into this place. Not reliable at all.

Very central, authentic studio apartment. Rather noisy at night, but well worth it for the location!
