The only reason I gave it one star is because I couldn't give it negative stars. Reserved a king bed, paid for a king bed, got a queen bed. Hotel blamed Orbitz, Orbitz blamed hotel. Bed was like a pile of plywood, room was barely big enough to walk around the bed, carpets were dirty and stained. With all of the nice options in downtown Indy, I highly recommend avoiding this one. Valet staff was extremely nice and I really liked the soaps, but I'm not sure those are reason enough to go back.

Although this was a very nice hotel with great amenities, I was not privy to all of them because I bought my room online. I was told that I was given a room the size of a closet because i purchased it at a discount. I think that if the hotel chains do not want to participate fully in the internet program then don't. But, please do not treat the customers differently because they got a good rate. I was expecting the full "Omni" treatment and I was disappointed. I did lose something that was returned but I left it a room that too small and smelly! The staff was accommodating in helping to find my item but I was so disappointed in the room that I could not enjoy my stay. I have stayed at other 5-star hotels and I was able to have a full size room at my internet -discount rate. I expect better.

Comfy beds and clean rooms. Bar closed early. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and organized. The beds were big and comfy.

This is a great hotel in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. The RCA dome is a block away, the hotel is connected to Circle Center Mall, and there are several restraunts in the vicintity. Not terribly impressed with room service, but it was a nice option to have. There is a coffee bar in the hotel (serves danishes, fruit, sandwiches, and ice cream), a couple of bars, and a nice restraunt. So much to see, and it was all within walking distance. My dog came along, and he had a great time too.

It was a very nice stay at the Omni however I did not expect to pay 25 dollars a night for parking but I guess thats what you can expect for the city lifestyle.

Location was great for all downtown attractions. Good hotel for people flying into Indianapolis who do not want to rent a car - located to close to lots of amenities staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel(& room) was beautiful and very clean. This was a girl's weekend of shopping and spa time. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the pool. Just being a lap pool wasn't as relaxing and fun to use.

Great room! Felt more like a suite. It wasn't just a box room. Overpriced breakfast buffet. We went down the street to another hotel buffet! This hotel is quiet, clean and offers excellent service. It is connected by tunnel to the mall! Our family has stayed here in the past and loved it. That's why we bid again and hoped to get it.

my experience was that it was nice but it would of been nice if the water had been free. The location was very nice. I loved that. Right across the street from where i wanted to go.

The Omni Severin hotel was a very comfortable and classy place to stay. The hotel lobby is very impressive in size and furnishings. I like the way the dining room and bar, as well as gift shop and sitting area were located near the front desk...but not too close. The valet and hotel staff were very accomodating. The valet parking is extremely convenient and a great deal for downtown Indianapolis. We simply called a few minutes before we needed our car, and when we went outside it was waiting for us. The hotel room was spacious and clean. I liked the large walk in closet, that frees us room space. The location is awesome, within walking distance of Circle Center Mall, Conseco, Lucas Oil Stadium and dozens of restaurants and bars.

The location was great for doing things downtown. My only criticism was that the bathroom was very small.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My room had a small bathroom. The hotel was located in the middle of all downtown Indy. Excellent staff. Would go back again.
