I book executive travel for a living and was very impressed by the price and the beauty of the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were a good size, and VERY clean! The pool area was phenominal. I loved this place and will definitely plan another trip back.

I really loved this hotel, the Lazy Pool was the best attaction of this trip, my kids, Girl 5 year old and Girl 1 year old like this pool almost as much as Disneyworld. Its 3 to 4 feet deep thruout and there are inflatable innertubes for them to grab on, they have three other pools, with shallow ends, jacuzzi, sprinkle playground, closed water them park slide for older kids, poolside activities, summer camp (that was mainly closed), nice play area, etc. I would recomend this hotel to any parent that wants to spend quality time with their kids in a poolike environment.

Was in Orlando for a Triathlon at Walt Disney World. This was a great location and the hotel was perfect for 3 families staying together. We got 3 bedroom villa and it was outstanding.

Very clean. Poor or no service. We arrived at the hotel and checked it, the lobby was beautiful. The room was clean and over looked the pool, no balcony. We went to the bar and then the pool. It was nice yet not a long a river as I expected. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, but after checking the prices ,we called Domanio's Pizza. In the morning we went down to the restaurant and looked at the menu. It had Salmon on the menu and the hostess said it was on the buffet. For $18.00 each we went in. When I did not see the Salmon, I asked the server and he said he would get us some, but it was very expensive and it was no longer on the buffet line. He said he would bring us some. We both ate the Salmon with begals and cream cheese. My husband left to go to the steam room and I called for the check, I was not feeling good. I went up to the room and got sick, I was lying down when my husband came in and said he was sick while at the steam room. I called down to the manager and told him the Salmon was bad. He said OK, he would check. A short time later a knock came at the door, it was security to check how we were and did we need a doctor? No we would be OK. We were given a credit for the price of the breakfast. AT night we left the hotel to get something to eat. The next morning we left. The hotel was very beautiful, but they took 30 minutes to bring up our luggage, and when I called on the phone for something, the phone rang more the ten times without answer, I had to call 3 times before I could reach anyone. The hotel operator was not very good. If you don't play golf, no sense staying here, there are many hotel closer to the parks and less expensive. When I picked up my car from valet, it was dirty from bird droppings, I asked for it to be washed, it was not, the valet said he forgot! No service, but a pretty hotel!

Not happy with the unexpected "resort" charge after having paid in full before arrival. Didn't feel there was full disclosure re: price.

None special. Charge me resort fee without first informing me. May be a resort but other resort at Orlando are much better.

First impression was good the valet and bell hop was very good. Check-in was speedy and pleasant. The room was comfortable with the exception of wasps on the balcony that took 2 tries to get rid of them. Balcony was a little messy and stunk of chemicals because of the wasps. Housekeeping was a little to be desired they did not check for or provided sundries and plastic covers for the ice tray. Had to request from desk the following items Towels, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. A request for turn-down services and paper delivery was 1 out of 3. Great pool area and lazy river. Food was good but there was no clear way of knowing whether you could request items or layout of the buffet. nice area and great golf but housekeeping and concierge needs work.

For the Value and the outdoor amenities this is a wonderful hotel. The Only draw back are the beds. They are not very comfortable and the sheets feels like they have been starched.

It was a great place for a romantic weekend getaway! The hotel was beautiful. The service was excellent. We arrived well before check-in due to an early flight (9am) and they still accomodated us. We expected to have to wait until the 3 pm check-in time. The staff was extremely courteous. The room was very clean and nice with a lovely view of the golf course. We would definitely use priceline again. It gave my husband and I a 4 star experience without the price!

The hotel is a solid four star with 24 hour room service. Overall, my stay was very good. Elevators and ice machine could be a bit far from your room unless you don't mind taking the stairs.

Hotel is beautiful. The pools, especially the lazy river, are wonderful! Something for everyone - a lovely spa, pools, jogging trail, state of the art exercise facility, 9-hole 3 par golf course on site and 2 fantastic 18-hole courses right next door. The room was clean, linens were crisp and fresh, room service was excellent. We were pampered from start to finish by the friendly and helpful staff and by the nice amenities at this hotel.Transportation is provided to Disney; Universal Studios is nearby as well.Highly recommended!

Beautiful, the area represented on Priceline. Nothing other location, too far from restaurants, entertainment, etc. Very nice, not excellent, if you are a golfer.
