Bad from the check in : Rude man at the check in desk. Person showing us where our room was left without us, we had to look for him ! When we got to the room it smelled bad and the carpet was dirty with stains on it. Room service took forever ( but was good when we did get it). I do not know how this hotel keeps the rating it has.

The room next to us alarm started going off at 5 a.m. and continued until 7 one morning. This is the perfect get away for fun or just to relax, you're central location is excellent for dinner out or enjoy meals at the Resort. We look forward to visiting again with friends next visit.

good deals in June, covered parking, but wheeling suitcases is a big chore, let them do it. room 128 was HUGE, w/ walk-in closet, sep. shower & tub, mini bar, large porch. Too many birds are loud in the AM- don't sleep in!

My son is a student at U of A and I went to Tucson to move him out of his present condo and into a house for next year. Over the last two years, I have made about 8 trips to the Tucson area and enjoyed staying and trying new hotels and resorts. My stay at the Omni was by far the best for value, comfort, luxury, and over all pleasureable places to stay in my experience. The Spa, Golf and Pool area are well planned easy to use and near the rooms. The out door fire places are appealing to the eye and enjoyable to sit by during the evening. Very Romantic, but also family friendly. The rooms were spacious and very well appointed for all needs.

I had a bad experience when I walked in. My Sonora room ( a must) was not ready and I was presured to go to a smaller room. I declined and I had to wait 2 hrs for my reserved room. They claimed it still had to be cleaned. I waited in the lobby and was never offered an comps for my inconvenience. The restaurants had less than stellar service. That summed up my first day. The pool and room made up for my poor first day.

Great rooms, very clean and cozy. Pool was big, as was the entire pool area to accommodate lots of people. Staff was very friendly and food was delicious. Great bargain!

Walked designated course. Relaxed. This was perfect location for relaxing and visiting my mom in an assited living facility about five minutes from hotel.

They were so friendly. We had to pay for everything including a fridge.

The resort was undergoing major renovation. There was only one restaurant with a limited menu. The Pro shop was a double wide trailer. No gift shop (there were incidentals we forgot to pack and thought we could get them at the shop) and not a pop machine to be found. What made our vacation memorable was the staff. They were fabulous. They went out of there way, knowing that we didn't know of the remodeling until our arrival.

This Omni Tucson Golf resort was a very nice place to relax and unwind after a long drive. We really enjoyed the walking path nearby that went around the golf course and to the surrounding areas. Chance to see many wildlife.

This resort is stunningly beautiful. The resort charges embarrassingly expensive amounts for every little item. Beautiful resort, friendly staff. Everything you touch is billed as an "incidental" and the room is missing many of the amenities you take for granted. No Wi-Fi? Get real.

Room size was huge, beds were very comfortable and the resort was very quiet. The complementary robes were very worn and should not have been used in a resort of this caliber. Tucson National was a very quiet resort in a beautiful location.

Great layout of room and great location. Room is dated and needs some updating but still okay. Nice resort but in need of updating. Property was clean and staff was excellent. Great location and very workable room setup.

It has a very relaxing atmosphere. Told usat check in that have pay $ 20.00 more room we always stayed in. The employees when you check in are never very nice. Fortunately the bellman always makes up for it. We love the resort itself but were very unhappy about them telling us we had to pay $20.00 more each night.
