Wonderful week away and very relaxing. Loved the early AM coffee service and spa. Customer service was outstanding and the pre-printed cards with directions to various local sites were a great help. Spotless and well maintained property.

Comforters not comfortable in warmer weather as they keep slip sliding away.

I recently stayed for a week for bussiness training. They were very quick on check in and check out but that was about the best service I recieved. Floor 5 on a windy day you can only hear the howling wind. Just pass my rooms door was a water leak that saturated the carpet in the halway. I never noticed any attempt from hotel staff to dry the carpet or clean up/fix the mess for the entire week I was there. On the final bill I notice an extra $5.74 charge. I questioned this charge while checking out and the front desk clerk told me it was for any amenity they provided (the mouth wash that was in the small bottle next to the sink). When I called and questioned the hotel later, they told me that they do not charge for the mouth wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion they place by the sink. They transfered me to the accounting department and told me to take any questions up with them. No one answered in accounting so I left a message with my account number and name and the issue I was calling about. Three days later I still haven't recieved a call back from them. Every time I try to call accounting, I only get the answering machine. I also gave them a bad review on their survey they send out via e-mail and promptly got a call back from the Room manager, but I missed the call. He left me a message that he would like to go over some things that I gave him bad reviews about. Upon calling the direct line that he gave me, I have only ever recieved a voice mail message. He hasn't returned my call after three days. Wouldn't recomend staying.

The front desk staff seemed quite put off that I had made a reservation on line through Cheaptickets. I made incorrect assumptions about the "Resort" nature of the hotel. My wife and I were in for Saturday night to catch the ballet at the Arvada Center and when we returned we found that they have a turn down service, but you have to call and request it. We went down for breakfast at the "Meritage" restaurant and being Father's Day, we were asked if we had a reservation for breakfast. When told we will have to wait "a few minutes", we asked the hostess to let us know how long a few minutes might be and were seated immediately. Whatever. The location is good if you are shopping at Flatirons Crossing (2 blocks) or are doing business west of the hotel. We came in from the east and our navigation system brought us in through the Interlocken Business Center which is a mile of stop signs every couple hundred yards.

Friendly and helpful staff. For a 4 star hotel and for the price, they should have offered free internet rather than charge an extra $9.99 per day.

Pros: - THE MOST courteous staff I have ever encountered. Fantastic job! Staff unloaded our car citing "You just relax, we'll get it" and valet parking was complimentary in addition to always smiling, asking if there was anything they could do to help, opening doors etc. -Booked an online 'package' that included a $20 gift Visa gift card -When we arrived in the room, the bellman explained many of the 'perks' of our Select Guest Membership and we found the television to be on (intentionally) and playing relaxing music accompanied by picturesque scenes of water, brooks, mountains, clouds etc. -Staff upgraded the room to a 'premium' room (King Bed that included a 'view' - we hoped of the mountains) -Hotel Pool and Fitness Center were both incredible. Especially enjoyed the water provided in the fitness center that had strawberries, oranges, and blackberries floating in it. -Room decor was 70/30 to our liking. Large flatscreen television was great, recliner and some chairs in the room looked like something from Archie Bunkers house to us. -Room service; Omni Club (Salmon) delicious. Cons: -We had to ask for the $20 gift card (the bellman 'checked on it' & it was brought up later) then it was susequently declined during a lunch we had away from the property the next day (embarassing). Hotel Manager did credit us $20.00 & sent a complimentary 'amenity tray' to the room which had a nice selection of fruits & 2 bottles of Organic Tea on ice along with a very nice apology card. However; the tray it was served on was 'old' & appeared dirty. -One of the lamps in the room needed a bulb; engineering did come & replace quickly. -"View" was a stunning west facing view of the Rockies - AND the parking lot. :(

The website definitely enhances the amenities. We ended up going to a different spa and we didn't use any of the recreational facilities.

When making and confirming reservations, I was assured that my room would be fragrance-free. Since I have severe asthma and fragrance is a trigger, this was of utmost importance to me. Not only were the rooms adulterated with Juniper (chemical toxins) fragrance, the lobby as well was horrifically smelly! The front desk staff was very understanding, but didn't help me secure another hotel that was ale to meet our needs. We never stayed there, since I couldn't breathe and found a hotel close-by that accomodated us.

We were attending my Son's graduation from CU Boulder and his Army commissioning ceremony. The hotel is a short 15 minute ride to the campus with minimal traffic issues. The trip from and to Denver international airport is straight shot on the toll way but you will need $8.00 until the automated system is in place(then you eill just get the bill in the mail or tacked onto your rental car fees). You can bypass the toll road taking the 270 bypass which was actually faster going back to the airport.

I was greatly impressed with the Omni. Any place which accompanies champagne with check in is wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and the room was stylish and comfortable. The front desk staff was so very nice and helpful and the pools were great, even supplying bikes to ride in the area. The hotel is right in the Flat Irons mall vicinity, so it makes for easy access. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very nice place, close to both Denver and Boulder and not far from the mountains. Located close to the freeway which is convenient but at the same time it seems to close to be a peacefull resort (just in my humble opinion)which was shown in a beautiful picture when we were looking at this place online.

Nice facility. Although the pool was heated, it was outdoors. Would have liked an indoor option. Very nice, friendly, and accommodating. Convenient to Boulder or Denver. Would highly recommend.

This was our first visit to this hotel and my wife and I were very happy with it. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were probably the most comfortable ones that we have ever had at any hotel.

The Omni in Broomfield was a very comfortable hotel. The room was large enough for a desk and two chairs along with the beds. The bathroom was very clean and the bed linens were clean. My only complaint was that the maids missed cleaning up some wrappers that were left on the bottom of the nightstand. (not our wrappers.) The maids missed them again the next night!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We are staying at this hotel again this weekend.....I hope I don't find empty wrappers on the nightstand!!!

Front desk had fresh apples and lemon water for guests. No refrigerator in room unless you have mini bar key.
