Great location, beautiful lobby, friendly staff. Air conditioning didn't cool well, beds not comfortable.

Omni - a fine hotel w/ superb employees. But be prepared for being ""nickle and dimed to death"". Sheraton provides complimentary things, like water. Omni provides this for a nominal cost of 5.95/bottle+tax. Local calls? That'll cost, too.

My Lady and I had a Great ;-) time... I could see us staying there again..

Great location, nice rooms. The layout is a little non functional, long hallways, very spread out.

From the courteous staff to the great atmosphere, Omni Houston Hotel Westside is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. I will definitely stay again when in Houston.

The hotel is a little off the beaten path but oh so worth visiting. It's extremely quiet, beautiful accomodations and the hotel staff couldn't be more pleasant and catering. I have not been able to bring myself to book any other hotel whenever we visit the Houston area. Can't express enough how much we love this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and open. It is very quiet and comfortable for a business traveler.

There are few better deals. The locale is MASSIVE construction, much like a 5-year-old's toybox...Houston likes to start playing with 1 project, then jump to another. The interior was refreshingly pleasant: running water, nicely decorated, soothing. The room was very nice; decorations recent. Wireless internet was available, but unpublicized.

I liked the decor and the lake. The parkingwas a pain. This was a great hotel for business travelers, family or simply to get away. The rooms were very comfortable for any type of traveler. They have great flat panel TV's and the beds and pillows were ultra comfortable.

Great location, right on freeway but did not hear any noise from the freeway.

The hotel was beautiful. We always enjoy stays at Omni hotels. Someone spilled yogurt in the elevator on Saturday night. We told a few staff members about it, but it never really got cleaned up. One of the most beautiful lobbies I've seen in a hotel. They had a huge Koi pond. No spa services though, just a workout room.

I felt honored by every aspect of this stay. Four Diamond high class. Well received, great place to stay. Out of my league as far as my type of usual accommodation.

The bar was nice and the lobby was amazing! The hotel was clean and beautiful lobby, the staff was all wonderful and nice. The location was for business travelers, not if you are wanting to see downtown.

It was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Lake in lobby! Not a great place to stay if you're wanting to go to a 9:00 am meeting at the convention center, traffic!

Koi ponds and river through lobby is awesome, friendly staff. No hot water for morning shower, wireless Internet didn't work.

Good location, good quality, friendly staff. The bath room did not have a counter for toiletries.
Date of Stay:

Room was very clean. Parking is a bit remote. Attractive lobby with intriguing koi ponds inside. The small lobby elevators overlook the ponds and capture a relaxing view.

The concierge upon check-in was very nice and helpful. TheTV did not work, the room was tiny, the blankets were scratchy. Not a comfortable hotel.
