I was particularly impressed by the staff who were at all times courteous and friendly and went out of their way to help. The hotel is well laid out and has an excellent swimming pool and gymnasium. Rooms are of a high standard and I would recommend this hotel to all.

We had been while going to a tubing trip..this was an ideal place because of the location. For the price I paid it was a luxury. Overall no complaints.

We had left our charger with battery for our camera in the room. We just realized it after arriving back home. We called with the front desk and explained the problem. The staff was so very friendly to go and checked themselves because housekeeping had already left. They gave me a call that they had found the charger and battery and within a couple of days we received it back home. That is what we call Super Service! We will come back and we will inform our friends about your hospitallity and service! Thanks

Not a luxury hotel but very nice, modern and clean. The pool was great and the breakfast brunch very good. However the relaxed atmosphere was the best, great staff.

We arrived after 10 P.M. and the night staff was rude, incompetent, and uncaring. The shower lacked water pressure. Our room service food arrived cold. We tried to contact the front desk for a cab and no one answered. We had to go downstairs and call a cab ourselves. If not for the amazing service we received the following morning, we would have changed hotels. Multiple members of the day staff actually thanked us for staying at their hotel. "

The Hotle can be a bit hard to find. You will have to drive to site seeing locations in Austin but it isn't loud like a lot of the downtoen hotels. The King bed was fantastic, followed closely by the pool, workout room and pool area.
